The order was processed fast and arrived within a few days. All the order was there with no damage. Great price and shipping!

When package arrived there was no damage. Took it home and found that the optional heater coil which I had ordered with it was not there. Called them and in a few days they had shipped coil out and I had received it, so all in all a pretty good experience. People I talked to were very professional and polite, got problem corrected in reasonable time.

The online reviews is what has sold me on this company. Only time will tell whether or not this was a good idea. I am an HVAC Instructor and have purchased units for over 40 years but the is the first on-line purchase.
I received my equipment in good order and in the time frame given.
I have not open the box so I can't really verify everything is there.
I had my property manager set up the delivery, the arrangement was pretty standard. Send the AC unit to the property and have it unloaded. The delivery driver called and was going to deliver the unit at the wrong place and after correcting the issue. The driver arrives at my property and says he will not remove the AC unit b/c he was alone! I don't understand how you deliver a product and not unload it. I then had to pay someone 70$ dollars to unload it. Feel it was unprofessional ordeal and would be reluctant to use your services, under the current circumstances.
Quick and courteous. HVAC Direct helped me track down my order when UPS incorrectly identified it as delivered. I would definitely recommend HVAC Direct.
Ordering was super easy. Receiving however another story, not difficult at all. The seller says 'check it in before signing' the freight company says 'you can't open it until you sign'
I opened it and he waited. Give them a choice- load it back up and take it back or wait 5 min for me to inspect it. They're both contradicting each other. Don't fall for it. Do what you have to do.

Once I received the product and the wrong template was sent. As a result, had to re-drill holes and not satisfied
Order was easy. Haven't installed it yet but it came quick without a scratch on. Rarely see anything that is shipped so clean. Truck driver rolled it right into my garage. Unit looks well built and very complete.
