It's got a small damage to the base, but it's not major. It's been working fine for two weeks already.

Unit has been installed and it functions properly but was banged up quite a bit in four or five places. One place at the bottom was pushed in a couple of inches with a crease.

It's been over a month since I received the damaged AC unit. Have not received a replacement yet and no one has responded from company with any updates!

This is the second mini split I purchased from HVACDirect in the past year. It arrived in about a week and was packaged well and undamaged.

I have not installed the furnace yet. Arrived in good shape with good packaging including damage indicating cardboard around outside. The shipping company did not call me prior to trying to deliver even though a signature was require. The called me when they showed up at the house - they were willing to leave the item based on my phone call acceptance. Shipper should call to schedule delivery.

The order process went smooth. However trying to get their customer service to do anything is a nightmare. They do not answer the phone. They do not answer email. My unit had internal damage that was not visible upon inspection. I have been attempting to get them to replace it for two weeks now. I am about to reverse my credit card to them.
