They got my order out as fast as they could even during the Christmas period and provided me with a tracking code, shipping only took a couple of days to arrive and a great quality product.
Called up to make sure product was in stock and it was confirmed while I was on the phone - no waiting for a call back! Ended up ordering online a few minutes later and item was despatched same day!

The consignment tracking feature in on the website showed that my order was sent to Washington state in USA rather than to Brisbane QLD. Called them to alert them to the issue resulting in an investigation commencing only to be stopped about an hour later when the order was delivered to my address.

This is the second time I have purchased a product from Hurtle Gear online and once again their online system and delivery tracking all worked seamlessly.
Great quality, fit and excellent delivery to Vic during lockdown 6.0. Can't wait to ride it now. I'll test ride on the low position and go up if needed.
