Did a search for cat litter... couldn't believe the price on this site (though I'd never heard of them, I took a chance). So glad I did! Only thing I wish had done differently? Purchased more (haven't been able to get that deal again)! I didn't have the problems that seems to have affected a few others. If you're considering buying from this site, I'd check the hundreds of reviews online that show this company as favorable.
I've ordered cat litter, dog treats, and pill pockets over the past year with no issues and fast shipping. One order was missing a bag of litter, and an email to the company resulted in a prompt response and an additional bag shipped quickly.
He must middle man goods and offers even what he cannnot supply. I got a prompt refund when I demanded action.
On August 9th, 2019 - I Purchased 4 containers of Purina Tidy Cats Litter for 12.00each from www.huntergood.com website. I have not been able to get the seller to respond to my emails on the webpage or have I received any type of tracking information or any correspondence from the seller. The address on the invoice and the address on the "contact us" portion of their website is two different but similar residential home addresses. Makes me believe that possibly this is a scam and that the website doesn't have the products it is selling... ---- HAD TO OPEN A PRODUCT NOT RECEIVED CASE WITH PAYPAL -- AND FINALLY ON AUG. 26th 2019, it was found in my favor of course because the seller failed to communicate with paypal in time... and he never will!: P
DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB PAGE -- BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT AND WILL HAVE TO FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!
I ordered 8 35lb pails of cat litter on 7/4/2019, promptly paid thru paypal and my order was processed and sent to FedEx on 7/5/2019. I then received these items on 7/6/2019.
I had no issues. Thanks for the support and fast service.
They take your money and do not send what you ordered and ignore all calls and emails. Stay away! Fraud at its finest.
I ordered a cat water fountain which they all of a sudden didn't have. They said weeks later after not replying to my email that I was getting a refund. I never got that either. Then a week after that they say they shipped it. Still nothing and no reply to emails to customer service. Beware!
On March 5 I did some research online to find the best deal I could on Dr. Elsey's cat litter. I came across huntergood.com. They offered a 40 lb bag at $3 less a bag than Amazon and I thought what a great deal! And I placed an order for two bags. Order #197. Of course, it was too good to be true. Today on March the 12th, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and refunded. Because they don't want to honor the price they have listed on their website! They'd rather cancel my order. This is the first, and was the LAST,
Time I will ever ever use this website! What a complete waste of my time. And such despicable business practices and customer service!
