I had been purchasing Humann products for over 3 years. Recently, I got a mail flyer with a sale of by 2 get two free. When I attempted to check out, the code was not recognized. So, I finally phone in an order and the rep. Tried to charge me more than was stated in the flyer. The stuff is expensive enough without having more added to it. A very poor constructed web site and poor customer service. I am going to be looking for other similar products.
They say they will cancel, but they keep sending the product! Three calls to them. They know it's too much hassle to send back. I have enough f*ing chews for a year. I have to cancel the charge card now. Total crooks. Unbelievable!
I canceled them a while back. They kept my card on file without my authorization and they started sending me product and taking money out of my account without my consent. The customer service agent was aware of what was going on and was ready to deal with my situation before I was even done speaking. Very dishonest place.
I like the product but will not support. Have order twice when I wanted product and got stuck on auto ship. They would not refund. Super annoyed. I want to order when I want and don't care if it cost more..
Humann charged my credit card for an order I did not place. They refused to cancel it even though I called on the day they charged my card. They used my credit card from a previous order. No one answered the phone for 45 minutes. I was also overcharged. I got charged more than the price on the website. They have lost my business. Humann is a SCAM.
I decided I want to try the product before setting up a subscription. They kept my card on file and charged me the following month even though I had denied a subscription and denied making an account. I got an email Friday night saying I had 24 hours to cancel said subscription, only to find out their offices are closed on the weekend. Since I hadn't made an account, I couldn't cancel it online. I then was told I had to pay for a shipping label. Then when I got my refund, they shorted me on 10 dollars and said they don't refund tax or shipping costs... This is Bull$#*!. They're shady and I'll be telling everyone to get their supplements somewhere that's not dishonest.
As a Doc I have looked at the "Superbeets" product and find the advertising unsubstantiated and the "study" to which they refer totally irrelevant; WAY too tiny and not legitimately peer-reviewed. There is nothing here to make me believe that what they hype is legitimate, any more than Hydroxychloroquine or bleach for Covid. I would expect to see this as one of Alex Jones' scams. It seems to be a scam and the reviews would also indicate so. CAVEAT EMPTOR! The power of suggestion is more powerful than this product will ever be.
I have the Beet Chews Heart health on autoship. Never have had a problem with shipping or charges on my card. Humann has good products and would recommend them
I made an order and 3 weeks later no merchandise and no update - I don't even know if they have shipped it yet!
Garbage... don't waste your money...

I highly recommend trying their products, as they do honor their guarantees.
After seeing an ad for SUPERBEETS on this website I wondered if anyone really did anything special to some beets that made them do anything for your heart and brain that a "regular" beet wont do, because it's pretty obvious that a LOT of people either believe this garbage, OR they are really anxious to give their money away!
I'm betting on option 2!
