This is something to do with replenishing the levels of nitric oxide in our bodies, which leads to dilating blood vessels. Generally you get results like lower blood pressure pretty soon, within a month or two
As for me I think I saw results pretty soon and you can see results in a few months at most. Then you will first notice increased energy levels and a good effect on your hair and nails too, apart from the better intimacy.
