I placed an order several weeks ago. I haven't received anything as yet and I have sent emails asking for updates for my order but they refuse to respond. I've asked for a refund but again they refuse to respond.
The matter will now be taken further.

I have bought several products across a range of scents and am extremely happy with them. In addition I have asked for advice and received it very promptly and efficiently. The purchases are nicely presented and the delivery is speedy. Here is an excellent source of gifts for all occasions including those who 'do' Christmas, I am a happy customer!
Coconut and lime spray mist I recently ordered is very different from the first time I ordered it in 2019.
Smells nothing like coconut and lime. Scent doesn't last in the recent order like it did the first time I purchased it. In addition I had to wait weeks for delivery. It appeared my original order didn't even get to leave their premises. Will look elsewhere next time.
I ordered Brioche fragrance and was sent something else. I have messaged seller with no response. I have been ripped off. Thankfully I paid with Paypal and will get a refund through them if the seller refuses to get in touch. Buyer beware!
I just received my order from House of Candles and I am so impressed with the owner's customer service, product quality, and delivery.
The Cherry, Vanilla, Almond body spray is the most delicious cherry perfume I have ever used!

Not been able to find this fragrance for years. Bit of a wait as it comes from Australia but we'll worth the wait. Smells divine. Ordering again straight away. Brilliant A*****
I am impressed with this House of Candles. They are beautiful and very attractive. It is hand-carved candles and has a different variety of candles.
