If you want to shine bright like a diamond that brand of cosmetics is definitely for you! After discovering the eye and face contouring palette I do not want to use products of some other brands. Of couorse prices are not average and each product costs quite pretty good wages, but your face and look deserve it) Delivery from site lasted for 3 days, so quite quick)

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I sent 3 inquiries and no response. I ordered two identical items ( and was charged for two) and only one was in the shipment. They drilled me about the box it was shipped in etc. They will not pick up the phone and discuss an issue that was on their end. At least 6 emails back and fourth- my time wasted trying to rectify a issue on their end. Not one apology! I am going back to Chantecaille, Drunk Elephant or Fenty Beauty where they are interested in customer service.

Save your money and don't do it. Bought an hourglass palette and quality equivalent to dollar tree makeup. Horrendous customer service. Would not recommend.

Price gouges and onus on customer to pay for delivery on return of goods. Archaic way of doing business. Can't say if products are worth the exorbitant price.

Came across Margaret in Hourglass at Harvey Nicholas Dundrum. She was pleasant, helpful and very patient. Will definitely be back to speaking with her.
