I ordered 3 bras in August. Took 4 weeks for delivery and then they had sent the wrong size AND style. Tried to contact them but they closed till Oct 20 for vacation. Called again Oct 22, got an apology and was told they would ship correct order but they would have to charge me again and would send me info to return wrong order and refund charge after they received wrong order. It is now Jan 4 and I'm still waiting for correct order and return info. Scammers and thieves

This just to confirm this frauding enterprise should be arrested. Bought underwear USD200, but the 1st shipment was returned due 'wrong address'. Of course the address was correct. The 2nd shipment did not arrive, the tracking code was invalid and the last I heard my underwear still in their warehouse. They obviously do not simply cheat clients, but they also misuse USPS system, which is criminal. Someone in NYC should take note of this and check them out...

There is something definitely wrong with this company. I placed an order on 9/22/13. Not until I got a confirmation did I find out it was backordered. I would have liked to known that at the time the order was placed! I also had a memo when I received confirmation that said, Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks. That is suspect in itself and especially after reading the other reviews. I emailed my concerns on 9/26/13 and to this day no one has addressed my email even though the website said you can expect to receive a response usually within 24 hours. I called later that day and got a recording from a man I could barely understand saying they were closed till 9/27/2013. What kind of online business closes? I called 2 weeks ago and then again today. It has been 13 business days. My order has still not come into there facility. I talked to the same girl both times. It is funny that she seemed not to care either way if I cancelled my order, so I did. I find it hard to believe that a company does such poor planning as to have merchandise get this low. I just wondered if the president of this company knows or cares how this business is conducting itself. I placed an order for the same merchandise on the website Her Room on 10/5/13 and received confirmation on 10/7/13 that it was shipping. I will definitely be dealing with them from now on. Hosiery Street does have a professional website, but looks can be deceiving. Be very careful. I am printing all correspondence with this company and am getting a new credit card. Just does not seem on the up and up.

I ordered 20 Items on 9. 1. 2013. I contacted them on 9. 15. 2013 because I hadn't received anything. They told me that I should have received an email upon ordering that the items were out of stock and it would take 2 weeks for them to receive the backorder. Contacted them again on 9. 26. 2013 as I had received nothing. At that point at got their out-of-office reply and they would return on 9. 27. 2013. On the same day, Fraud Alert Prevention department of my Credit Card Holder contacted me because my Credit Card featured 4 fraudulent transaction.
HosieryStreet transaction was A NEW STORE to me where I had never ordered from before. Needless to say, they had my CC information, acted in the most unprofessional way and I never received my merchandise.
I cancelled my order. My Credit Card Company issued me a new card.
So, coincidence that the new store and the credit card fraud happened around the same time?
Mind you, I've been online shopping for decades now and NEVER had an issue until I visited hosierystreet.
A word of advice: STEER CLEAR... prices are awesome, or so one might think. If you're getting your stuff and you're not defrauded, consider yourself VERY LUCKY.

I ordered to bras that were listed as in stock, from HosieryStreet on March 3rd, 2010 and received one in about two weeks with a notice that the other one was backordered. I had heard nothing by April 5th so I wrote them again requesting that they either refund my money or send the bra and they responded saying the bra would be here within two weeks. May the 7th, and I still had no bra, so I wrote again, demanding they refund my money. Today is May 11th and I have received no response. I won't do any more business with them, they obviously don't care about their customers.

I placed an order 9/14/2013---heard nothing and received no merchandise. I checked my credit on 10/03/13 card account and found SIX FRADULENT CHARGES all submitted on 10/01/2013 to my account ranging from $1.00 to $75.00. Four(4) of these charges listed the company merchant as "ELANCE INC. MOUNTAIN VIEWCA"---One(1) of the charges listed "Craigs List" as the merchant and One(1) listed "INDEED *******400 CT" as the merchant. The card is in my possession and the last time I had used it was on 9/26/2013 except for this order placed online. I placed a FRAUD ALERT on my account and will be given a new CC Card number. I did call the company and actually talked with someone who said "your order was shipped yesterday". I had received no email so she gave me a "tracking number" which to date has not been posted! I informed her my credit card had been cancelled and she said "the charge had gone through" HOWEVER NONE OF THE CHARGES on my card since 10/01/2013 was for the amount of my order. I questioned this her company's involvement and she just kept saying their site was "secure" and their security was good. BAHUMBUG! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
