Ordered merchandise on 8/20/17. Have heard nothing since then even though I have emailed twice. I called the company twice and was told by a recording to "leave a message" and they will return the call in 24 hours or less.
No call or email. No merchandise.
Think twice before ordering from this company!

I HAD ORDERED FROM YOUR SITE IN THE PAST AND I SEE IT HAD GONE DOWN HILL. I ASKED A QUESTION AND NO RESPONSE.

Place an order 0n 9/9/17, never heard back after they acknowledged my order with a order number. Called to left message, not possible mailbox "full", wrote to inquire were my order was weeks later never got a response!

You suck!

I ordered some bras a couple of months ago and things went perfectly fine. They are honest, reliable. They only charged me once my order shipped. Their prices are great i will be ordering again. All these complainers must be some competitors trying to psst you off.

I ordered underwear and bras for the 2nd time from this co. I never had a problem before but this time I got the underwear but never the bras. I have written and written and no one ever answers my e-mails. What is up with that! It is very irritating!

I ordered some bras from hosierystreet.co. I was actually very happy with the product and customer service was very friendly!

I ordered 3 bras in August. Took 4 weeks for delivery and then they had sent the wrong size AND style. Tried to contact them but they closed till Oct 20 for vacation. Called again Oct 22, got an apology and was told they would ship correct order but they would have to charge me again and would send me info to return wrong order and refund charge after they received wrong order. It is now Jan 4 and I'm still waiting for correct order and return info. Scammers and thieves

I recently ordered some bras at hosierystreet.com. They came right away and I love love love the bras. I will order again!

Like other users of this site, immediately after ordering from Hosiery Street I had fraudulent charges on my account. Had to call the bank immediately and cancel my card. Also, placed an order for some tight on 12/3 and live fairly close to this business, and still have not received my order.

There is something definitely wrong with this company. I placed an order on 9/22/13. Not until I got a confirmation did I find out it was backordered. I would have liked to known that at the time the order was placed! I also had a memo when I received confirmation that said, Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks. That is suspect in itself and especially after reading the other reviews. I emailed my concerns on 9/26/13 and to this day no one has addressed my email even though the website said you can expect to receive a response usually within 24 hours. I called later that day and got a recording from a man I could barely understand saying they were closed till 9/27/2013. What kind of online business closes? I called 2 weeks ago and then again today. It has been 13 business days. My order has still not come into there facility. I talked to the same girl both times. It is funny that she seemed not to care either way if I cancelled my order, so I did. I find it hard to believe that a company does such poor planning as to have merchandise get this low. I just wondered if the president of this company knows or cares how this business is conducting itself. I placed an order for the same merchandise on the website Her Room on 10/5/13 and received confirmation on 10/7/13 that it was shipping. I will definitely be dealing with them from now on. Hosiery Street does have a professional website, but looks can be deceiving. Be very careful. I am printing all correspondence with this company and am getting a new credit card. Just does not seem on the up and up.

I agree that it was slow in sending the bras I ordered, but as they said they were in high demand, so it took longer. They were a style I could not find in the stores and they fit well, so I am about to order another color. I am happy so far.

I ordered 3 pair of undies 4 weeks ago and havent heard anything. I tried to send an email inquiring about the situation but it wouldnt send stating i was putting the wrong verification code in the box. I just wanted to cancel my order after that but there was no way for me to that!

I ordered 20 Items on 9. 1. 2013. I contacted them on 9. 15. 2013 because I hadn't received anything. They told me that I should have received an email upon ordering that the items were out of stock and it would take 2 weeks for them to receive the backorder. Contacted them again on 9. 26. 2013 as I had received nothing. At that point at got their out-of-office reply and they would return on 9. 27. 2013. On the same day, Fraud Alert Prevention department of my Credit Card Holder contacted me because my Credit Card featured 4 fraudulent transaction.
HosieryStreet transaction was A NEW STORE to me where I had never ordered from before. Needless to say, they had my CC information, acted in the most unprofessional way and I never received my merchandise.
I cancelled my order. My Credit Card Company issued me a new card.
So, coincidence that the new store and the credit card fraud happened around the same time?
Mind you, I've been online shopping for decades now and NEVER had an issue until I visited hosierystreet.
A word of advice: STEER CLEAR... prices are awesome, or so one might think. If you're getting your stuff and you're not defrauded, consider yourself VERY LUCKY.

Slow is not even the word... and for a back-ordered item after almost 2 months I check on it & they tell me to RE-ORDER. Here I am waiting for the delivery and in their world they're done till I RE-ORDER. They knew they weren't going to send it cuz they only charged part of the order - but NEVER let me know. BAD BAD BAD

FRAUD ALERT!

I had to have my credit card cancelled. I had a fraudulent charge come through my bank. Luckily their fraud detection caught it right away! Meanwhile, I have to go through the hassle of cancelling my card everywhere else.

DO NOT GIVE HOISERYSTREET YOUR BUSINESS!

This company has extremely slow shipping, and no customer service to speak of. I ordered 10 items, and was only shipped 3 with no explanation. I have emailed customer service with no reply a number of times. The order also took over 3 weeks to arrive once ordered.

I placed an order 9/14/2013---heard nothing and received no merchandise. I checked my credit on 10/03/13 card account and found SIX FRADULENT CHARGES all submitted on 10/01/2013 to my account ranging from $1.00 to $75.00. Four(4) of these charges listed the company merchant as "ELANCE INC. MOUNTAIN VIEWCA"---One(1) of the charges listed "Craigs List" as the merchant and One(1) listed "INDEED *******400 CT" as the merchant. The card is in my possession and the last time I had used it was on 9/26/2013 except for this order placed online. I placed a FRAUD ALERT on my account and will be given a new CC Card number. I did call the company and actually talked with someone who said "your order was shipped yesterday". I had received no email so she gave me a "tracking number" which to date has not been posted! I informed her my credit card had been cancelled and she said "the charge had gone through" HOWEVER NONE OF THE CHARGES on my card since 10/01/2013 was for the amount of my order. I questioned this her company's involvement and she just kept saying their site was "secure" and their security was good. BAHUMBUG! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This site is EXTREMLY slow in sending you, your order. Iteams are not kept in stock and the customer serrvice is non exsisting.

I ordered to bras that were listed as in stock, from HosieryStreet on March 3rd, 2010 and received one in about two weeks with a notice that the other one was backordered. I had heard nothing by April 5th so I wrote them again requesting that they either refund my money or send the bra and they responded saying the bra would be here within two weeks. May the 7th, and I still had no bra, so I wrote again, demanding they refund my money. Today is May 11th and I have received no response. I won't do any more business with them, they obviously don't care about their customers.

I was actually very satisfied with my shopping experience. I ordered a bra which arrived promptly and decided to return it which was a very simple process. Since then I have purchased many products!

I ordered two items recently. What I received what not the same as what was pictured on-line for the item number. I was then told that I couldn't return the items because they were on sale.
