This joke of a company advertised they were selling Predator motorcycle helmets at a discounted price; I placed my order got confirmation of the purchase with a picture of said helmet; but when the package arrived the helmet was a cheap poor excuse of a helmet with a visor that was not even for the helmet it was on; naturally I sent an email saying I had received the wrong item; they proceeded to call me a liar saying "we verify your picture information, the goods are also intact without quality problems, and do not affect normal use. What is the specific problem, please?" After countless emails back and forth with them and sending photos of the picture off their website and what they shipped me they still were refusing to admit they sent the wrong item and would only give me a refund if I mailed the piece of junk they sent me; ONLY if i paid for the shipping myself. Last time I checked if a company sends the wrong item purchased they dont try to force the customer to pay for the shipping themselves; still more emails back and forth to the point of them now ignoring me. The first picture is what they sent, the second is what their website supposedly sold me

I ordered a helmet for my motorcycle, got a half helmet that may not even protect from bicycle accident. Not DOT not what I ordered at all. Waiting for response from company.
Ordered about a month ago and still have not received the 75th anniversary Captain America shield. They do not answer the email and good luck calling them.

Those f**King c**ksuckers got me 2. Bought the predator helmet for my son and they sent me some bullsh*t bmx helmet. This is ridiculous with so many people being scammed there has to be something that can be done. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE F**KING A**HOLES!

Ordered 2 different styles of Predator Motorcycle helmets, received 2 stupid skateboard/stack hat things. Emailed hopebeautiful to let them know what had happened and they eventually apologised for the inconvenience this had caused, stated that their supplier had cheated them by delivering the wrong items and they would refund me when I posted the wrong items back and they had received them. I requested the return address, which they emailed to me, so I packed them up and mailed them (I had to send them by tracked mail and email them the tracking number, which I did). After a week or so I tracked the items and it stated package had been delivered, I took a screen shot and emailed it them asking for confirmation refund had been processed. They started saying goods hadn't arrived, then all of a sudden they don't seem to understand anymore, then they jump back in time and re send me the return mail address stating refund would be sent when items received, they even asked me if I sent it to the right address as it can't be processed otherwise, now they are ignoring me. I have the whole conversation trail in one email saved, they have contradicted themselves and outted their own lies. Don't trust them, don't order from them, don't even go to their site - POST A REVIEW ON AS MANY SITES IN UK & CHINA ESPECIALLY AS YOU CAN.
Don't purchase from this site! It's a scam! The send you some bull$#*! instead of what you ordered! Very dissatisfied!
Not much more I can say that hasn't been said in most of the other comments ordered a helmet got a bicycle helmet with no response on what the heck went wrong HUGE SCAM.
U scamed me an every one on here I wanted a preter helmet an u gave me a 5$ bike helmet I want my hard earned money back or my helmet gosh I hope u did not do this to anyone els

I should have read the reviews first I ordered 2x predator helmets and received 2x crap bicycle helmets and 2x visors not happy at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...
Sent a bicycle helmet that I wouldn't let anyone wear. Beware of Facebook items for sale. Alot of scam sites of Facebook. It's not surprise there.
Compré 2 escudos para 2 niños diferentes. Y cuando me llegó eran los dos iguales, les he reclamado 5 veces intentando escribir hasta en inglés. Poniendoles la orden de pedido con las fotos que yo había elegido y pagado. Les he preguntado como descambiarlo y ni me han contestado. Yo no he comprado eso. Lo han cobrado y ahora no se hacen cargo de su error. Profesionalidad 0. Recomiendo no comprar aquí. Muy enfadada
