My order was not received l until a long after the item that I ordered was needed I contacted the seller three weeks after my initial order requesting a refund because the package had not moved in three weeks. I was told to give the order up to 30 days to be delivered or a refund would be given. I contacted the seller on the 30th day and told them that the package had not been delivered yet I received another email a day later with a new delivery date. At this point I no longer need the item as it is now past Christmas. I sent another email requesting refund and now the company is just wanting to offer a partial refund..

Terrible quality and stonewalls you on returns once you get their poorly made merchandise. If you're looking for themed merchandise, I strongly recommend using another site.

They steal designs from other websites and print those stolen designs on poorly sewn sweaters. They ignore all attempts to contact them via email, and when you call them, you learn the truth about their physical location. Website says they're in New Mexico, but their customer service's inability to speak decent English combined with their shipping address on the package they sent me being from overseas in Asia both prove otherwise. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM HOOKTAB.

Very happy with this shirt. My husband wore it for our destination wedding and has worn it repeatedly thereafter. Will be purchasing him another one and a few more styles for his birthday. Will also be purchasing a matching one for my nephew for his birthday this summer. For sizing, go by the measurements. Shirt measured within a centimeter of all the mesurements listed for the size. Again, very happy with this purchase.

I ordered this for my husband and he loved it so much we ordered two more similar to it! Great quality and fits him well! We will definitely continue to order from hooktabin the near future!
