Don't do it! Total SCAM!

These donkeys should be arrested! I ordered $56 for 2 pairs of boots. They charged my credit card $78 and it took almost 3 months to arrive. They are NOTHING like pictured and can't even get one pair on because of the way they are made. The other had frayed Laces. I exhausted all efforts so get $$ back. They said\i should give them to a friend and offered $5 gift certificate. After numerous emails they got up to $13 gist certificate. Me!. Stupid once. Why would I invest in anything further from these A-holes?

Scam

Wish I'd found these reviews before I wasted my money too. Also offered $5 gift certificate towards future purchase. I don't want the ones you sent me, why would you think I'd like another pair. Complete trash shoes.

Bad company

I ordered shoes and paid expedited shipping in October 2019. It is now February 2020. Have not received them. They don't care. I had had 12 interactions with them and get a useless response each time. Never again! They will not refund my money

Let the buyer beware EVERY review I have read on EVERY site has been a one star. And that is because you must give a company some level of rating. Otherwise, I am sure the rating would be zero stars. And most reviewers are saying the same thing: cheap product, belated or no shipping, poor customer communication, fraudulent claims. Sadly, we did not do our due diligence. Hopefully we are saving some of you from pain of your own. Amazon, Facebook, and any other tech giant should ban them from their site. Period. These retailers (yes, retailers) are complicit in the scam. (P.S. I bought several pairs for my nieces, so sadly, I am deep in the hole.) I have attached pics of my package, but the pictures cannot convey the overwhelming odor of synthetic material in the bags.

The worst
November 30, 2019

This place sends you boots that look like they have been made by children. Not only that, they are two different sizes. I ordered a size eight, but the boots I got were about a size 12. When I put them on I seriously looked like I was dressed up as clown. When contacting the company, they constantly gave me the run-around. Offering me $5 for my troubles. The emails went back and forth at least 10 times with them suggesting that I just try wearing them, or getting them to a friend, Etc. Even after threatening to have my credit card refund the money, which I still plan to do, they would not offer to refund me fourth boots. Do not, under any circumstance bye Anythink from this company!

BUYER BEWARE! SCAM!

The shoes I bought took over 2 months to receive. The condition of the shoes were so bad I'm having a hard time putting them into words. Thin flimsy plastic. Terrible stitching. No support. Shoes stated correct size but they were 2" to big. Trash. Garbage. Unacceptable. I was scammed and ripped off!

My order took forever. Then when I got them neither look just like the pictures. The material is plastic. Don't waist your money. I wanted a refund and they told that it will cost me more to send it back. The offer a gift card fir 8 dollars in an order of $100. I never receive the gift card.
Do not buy from them. I donate thise items to salvation army.

Sad Excuse for a Shoe

What I received in the mail was a lame excuse for what I ordered. Not only did it arrive a month late, it was not what I ordered. There is no support in them, it is fake leather and don't even ask how it is suppose to help arthritis? Sad, cheap, ugly waste of money!

Garbage boots

The photo Honestystar shows of the boots are not a vintage looking leather. They are plastic garbage. Do not get sucked in. They will not refund. I am currently awaiting a reply from a case file I started with my paypal account.

Don't buy from this place

The shoes they sent me are way to big for me, definitely didn't get the size US9 I ordered. They will not take them back not will they give a refund, they offer to give you $4-$6 refund at their store. Something needs to be done about this place. They need to be shut down.

The plastic! Boots don't look anything like the picture (looked suede) and the zipper doesn't work at all, so even if I would wear them covered by my jeans I'm unable to put them on!

It took 2 months to get these shoes and they were cheap plastic and smelled like formaldehyde! I wouldn't even try them on due to the smell! Save your money and buy quality!

Scammers.

I purchased the boot type sneakers and waited and waited for delivery. They verified they got my order BUT never any shipping notification. These products are coming from China. After many contact messages to them, I finally got lame excuses that the warehouse was busy - Red Flag! I requested a refund and received many emails from them asking me to be patient. I wanted a REFUND being I never received the product. I also contacted PayPal which was of no help. The product arrived maybe 3 months later and I still haven't opened the plastic wrap because they look cheaper than flip flops. I again requested an address to return the boots and they wouldn't give it to me. I asked 3 times and they said they'd send me a small amount gift card for my next purchase! ARE YOU KUDDING ME? I'm upset with both PayPal and this crooked company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM VIA ANY SITE!
Now I have a pair of crappy cheap sneakers that most likely won't fit. Maybe I'll eBay them. JUNK, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The best advise I can give is don't order from this company ever please. I ordered some black leather boots and even paid more for expedited shipping. After 2 months waiting I attempted to cancel my order and was told it couldn't be cancelled because it had already been shipped out. The boots arrived via UPS delivery and when I opened the package I was devastated. Inside was a pair of fake black leather boots poorly made imitation of what they advertised online via my phone.
I tried them on and they are at least 2 inches too big. I emailed the customer service several times and got no where with it except to be told
To pass them onto a family member. Actually I wouldn't due to the fact that they are made of pleather and cheap.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.
