I couldn't be happier with the whole process working with Honest App Guys! From the very start, they are extremely detail oriented and thorough in all communications. They brake it down for you step by step of how everything is going to work, when you will see deliverables and how to provide feedback. My product looks and works better than I could have ever imagined. I can't believe how knowledgeable these guys are and how open they are to feedback and changes. I definitely wasn't an "easy" client but I never heard any complaints or snarky comments from the team. I can't recommend them enough! Huge fan and will use them again if the opportunity arises in the future.

The sole proprietor of this business grossly underestimated the web development work for job that I hired him to do.

Though I tried to help him with the situation by allowing him to bill for more hours than he estimated, he still attempted to exceed a mutually-agreed upon cap on billable hours.

Rather than making any attempt to work through the situation, he refused to deliver key components of required functionality, then made unauthorized changes to my website and left previously-working functions in a state of disrepair.

In the end he abandoned the job altogether, leaving me as his former client to manage time-consuming and expensive logistics to recover my losses.
