I contacted Homelight as they were part of my employers discount program. I didn't expect the quick turn around. After a representative took down all my information, she immediately connected me to Laura Rabas of Keller Williams. Laura immediately set up a date to meet. She was the last of 5 interviews, and she won our hearts. By Monday we had pictures done, listed Tuesday, sold on Friday night. Thank you Homelight.

Homelight offers to pay people who have used their service for positive reviews. I recently used them and they offered me a $20 Amazon gift card to give a positive review along with an extra $10 if I would post the review on another site. I personally would not use Homelight again they only recommended 2 agents and neither were very good. I don't believe they really select top agents instead just using agents agreeing to their kickbacks. I have also received a lot more spam emails and calls since sharing the info with Homelight.

I worked with two different realtors while buying and selling my homes through Homelight. Jen was wonderful. There were a lot of problem with the house we were buying and she made things happen! Lily helped us sell. We kind of lost money on the sale. Lily was helpful though. Of course it would have been better if we had gotten what we should have for that sale.

Homelight offered us an excellent agent who understood our needs and helped us sell our home in a short amount of time. A dedicated agent who understands the real estate market and who is thoroughly aware of our unique situation was needed, and our real estate agent through her hard work and determination was able to make progress.

I was searching for help in selling my home, and HomeLight sent me a great agent, they were available to answer all my questions and ultimately helped me achieve my goal!

Homelight is quick to respond, tell you the process, send realtors/investors your way but NOT ONCE DO THEY TELL YOU THEIR RIDICULOUS COMMISSION PRICE! The realtors laid it out about their cost. But homelight doesn't tell you anything about the thousands they are gonna take from you for a 10 minute phone call.

We were selling our house in Clearwater Florida and really had no who to contact or what we needed to do, then Homelight came into the picture and made our lives much more stress free. They were courteous, responsive and very helpful. Heather always kept us up to date and informed and she always seemed to be on top of things. We had an issue during closing (nothing to do with Homelight) that caused me and my wife a lot of grief but again Heather walked us through the process and everything worked out great. We sold the house and couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Homelight for all our closing needs. We highly recommend them.

Homelight was a great help for us in the selling of our home. It provided many different resources, cash buyers and listings agents. We were so happy to be connected with our listing agent Justin Ford who helped us sell our home in 3 days.

Had a great experience with HomeLight! They provided options and so much information, My original offer was really low but they also gave local agents as a plan of action. One of them I was slightly familiar with already so I pick that agent. HomeLight followed up with very informative info on what to look for in an agent and good questions to ask before choosing one. They stayed in contact thru out my journey periodically checking in. I would definitely try HomeLight again. Sold my home using the agent I picked and have happily moved on.

Our experience with using homelight turned out to be the smartest move when It came to finding the perfect realtor. Using homelight was super easy and almost immediately lead us to Randi Beard of Carolina mountain sales. She ended up helping us buy our new home. And in the meantime she set us up with two other realtors in her office that helped us sell our existing home. I cannot express how helpful and smart and experienced they all were and we are so lucky to have found them. Thank you Homelight!

My fiancée and I were first time homebuyers caught up in trying to find the right realtor. We had suggestions from family and friends but ended up trying out HomeLight to see recommendations. They sent us several reliable realtors right away who were all easy to reach and very personable. The realtor we ended up choosing was fantastic. He helped us every step of the way and made it a smooth process in an area where we were not as knowledgeable. HomeLight connecting us with our realtor made this stressful home buying process much easier overall.

So I guess I should start at the beginning. My Son (11 Years Old) Recommended we got to Homelight for the best realtor. He was not wrong. I interviewed 2 realtors and found Kevin to be the best one. His reputation precedes him. He was respectful of my time and wanted the best for our home. While the first offer fell through, the second, even though it took a bit longer, was easy. I sure liked the ease of which everything was completed! Definitely a service I would use again. Kevin is going to be someone I work with again for future projects.

Dishonest, they will rob your money.
They don't know anything about real estate business. Top management is corrupted.
NEVER use this company.I have multiple proofs of their corruption. I will need 10 pages of this review to fill. Few to mention, while they have an active contract with me (the first buyer) they listed the house on sale and got an accepted offer from a 2nd buyer, without cancelling my contract. They use their own teams to produce fake inspection reports (conflict of interest). This house referred in pics has a major issue in the roof, and appraisal was contingent to the repairs of the roof. Per the pics attached the listing agent listed the house on the market while the contract with me was still active, misleading a second buyer with their untruthful descriptions. If you need more details, feel free to contact me. This company should not be in business.

Your hosts keep sending me a request to review andrea ware. I don't know her. They ask me how she did on 1367 Stevenage ln. I never owned this property. Either these people are frauds, or they like harassing people. Be very wary of doing business with people like these. I'd surmise that they don't have YOUR best interests in mind.

Selling a home can be very stressful, especially when trying to find a real estate agent who is trustworthy and reliable. HomeLight made this process easy for us. After signing up they provided a list of successful agents located in the area of our property. We selected an agent who was phenomenal and handled everything including necessary repairs and renovations. Homelight made this process extremely easy and provided excellent communication throughout the process.
