I could not ask for a better person to lead my family to purchasing a bedroom set which was a major purchase in our lives. Angie was extraordinary. A gem of a person and we cannot thank her enough for the ease of the transaction. All things were clear. She walked us thru everything. Financing and How to navigate ever aspect. We appreciate her. Outstanding person and representative. ORder was delivered and we love out new set. Thank you!
Purchased the three-year extended warranty for $500.00 for a sectional sofa. A recliner stopped working after one year and I have not been able to get it fixed by HCC. It's been well over a year since I first contacted them for repair. You can only reach the service center through email as the main (and only number) is for sales calls only. I have sent many emails requesting service and repair, but HCC has not contacted me about the problem in over a year. The person who answers the phone is rude and dismissive to customers and obviously does not care about any issues you may have with the products they sell.
This is the worse Customer Service I have ever seen in my life. My order was placed in April 2022 and today September 22nd I have yet to receive my order. When you call they tell you to email *******@homecinemacenter.com and they hang up, but they don't answer emails either... today they told my it takes 10 business days for them to reply. If my company had this type of customer service we would be out of business.
My order has a status of 'processing' since April and no telling when is going to be shipped, if ever...
Also, the reviews in their Web Site are not dated and they only show the ones with positive feedback, anything else is omitted.

My item was supposed to be delivered several days ago (on tracking order the estimated delivery showed 5 days ago, yet hasn't been updated since). I have contacted customer service 3 times: my email and voicemail from 5 days ago were never answered, and when I finally got someone on the phone (when I called again today) the rep was rude and said that someone would get back to me and hung up.
I think it's simply poor business practice. Very disappointed. And I still want my order to be delivered.
We purchased a kitchen table through their site. It arrived a couple weeks later. We've had the table for a little over two months and the screws are already falling out of it. The build quality is poor and I fear I will be buying another kitchen table inside of two years. Also, they failed to pay the freight company so today, two and a half months post delivery, we received a bill from the shipper saying we were delinquent on shipping charges we paid with our order. I called company and the rep acted like it happened all the time. "Send us the letter the freight company sent and we'll take care of it." To top it off, they made a $39 profit on the shipping by overcharging for it. Nothing like getting harassed by a freight company for a bill I don't owe. That will be our first and last order from this company.
