Hice una compra en un momento de promocion donde te llevabas 2 minis a eleccion gratis. Cuando intente seleccionarlas la web no me dejaba. Hable con atencion al cliente para que me ayuden a agregar los minis y me garantizaron que asi seria. Los elegi y espere el envio. Cuando llego el paquete los minis no eran los que yo pedi. Tambien vino con mucho plastico sin sentido. Una perdida para el medioambiente. Cuando me queje me ofrecieron enviarme los minis en mi proximo pedido, pero no creo volver a pedir, asi que mi problema no se soluciono y la publicidad fue engañosa. No volvere a comprar.

Ya he pedido 2 veces en homebird y los productos llegan rapidísimo. He checado otras paginas y muchas veces sus precios son mejores, lo único malo fue que pedí una diadema de gatito para el cabello y se me rompió la cuarta vez que la usé :( aparte de eso, me gustan mucho los productos que ofrecen y que si te haces cuenta, obtienes descuentos.
