HOMAGE

Unquestionably the worst company in the United States. Do not order from Homage. It is not worth it. On December 5th, I placed an order on its website. The order confirmation page stated that my order would ship in 7-10 days. I did not receive the order until after Christmas and was unable to gift these items. In numerous communications, Homage employees were misleading and deceptive. After returning the poor-fitting clothing to Homage, Homage offered repeated excuses as to why I have not yet received a refund. I still have not received a refund. It has been almost a month since these items were returned to Homage. This experience has been unreal. Do not order from Homage. You may either not receive your order or a refund for the items that you return to Homage. In my opinion, Homage is either run by incompetent people or is committing consumer fraud. Or both.

This place is god awful. Look at the other reviews. You're going to wait weeks for them to do a basic job that thousands of companies and individuals easily do. Horrible experience on top of their gouged prices. Trash company.

I love these T-shirts. People often do not remember but the softest shirts on the market are made of tri-blend materials. This company only produces those. You will never look "boxy" in the 100% cotton. They are thin and breathable. Homage will be my T-shirt guy for life! They even have the retro '90s wrestling shirts. The nostalgia will come at you hard! I loved my first shirt that I bought 8 more! I am a guy who has always been looking for the "soft" shift but never knew where to buy them. I tried several stores but to no avail. This store knock your socks off!

When Homage first started out being a US company with products made here, the quality was absolutely incredible. Over the past few years the company joined forces with Express and received a back end fortune where they now produce t shirts in Pakistan, Mexico and more which results in not all the shirts having the same quality like they once had. Once again, money triumphs over quality and character. I have a ton of Homage but will be very limited on my purchases moving forward. You lost a dedicated customer.

Pretty good product though incredibly overpriced. They also do some slimy stuff disguised as "sales". They put up products as "on sale" but label the products as already sold out, that way, there really isn't a sale but it tricks the customer into thinking there was. How do I know this? I used to work there.

This has nothing to do with their product, but rather their operations: slowest shipping. Their site says 3-5 days. In my purchase of 5 different shirts...it has never taken less than 5 days. And in fact usually goes out on the 6th business day. I'm not including weekends, I'm I a financial adviser with a masters in economics for a top 5 financial firm. If you want your shirt to wear for an event...buy it at least 2 weeks before the event. Maybe 3 weeks to get it from purchase date. Slow slow slow slow. They charge for shipping!

I've ordered a few things here, t's tend to fade rapidly but here I am over a week after placing an order and still waiting. Honestly issnt isn't worth it, especially considering their support team sends the same canned responses and ultimately just not responding at all. Never again.

Ordered 2 jackets and they never were delivered. When I checked the tracking info, they said it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Now they won't give me a full refund and are saying to take this issue up with the local post office. Honestly, we have packages delivered to the house daily and have never had an issue before now.

I ordered an OKC Thunder Crewneck sweatshirt and when I received the order I washed it once. It was a cold wash on delicate setting. The print on the sweatshirt was showing fading after the wash. The sweatshirt itself was great quality, a good fit, and very soft. But since I was concerned the logo image would continue to fade quickly I emailed the company and they responded quickly. They said they've had issues with fading and would provide a replacement item with a different print quality. They also said I did not have to return the original item which was great since that is the biggest headache of online returns. The replacement item came quickly and just as they promised the logo print is a better, more durable quality. I am extremely satisfied with this company's responsive and professional resolution. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have done my research but my daughter really wanted this shirt for her dad so she purchased it with her own money. We ordered the shirt June 15th didn't expect for it to be on time for Father's Day but didn't think we would still be waiting. I tried to contact them I haven't heard back from anybody and you can't get a hold of a real person. I would have cancelled but my baby girl really wants to give it to her dad. Hopefully we get it soon.

I have several items from Homage. Tshirts, hoodies, sweat shirts and joggers! They are my absolute favorite! Ive given my family Homage several times and they love them! The shirts are super soft, and great quality. The joggers, hoodies and sweatshirts are thick and soft. Everything runs TTS. I've shopped at my local shop and online. Customer service is fantastic, I will say that the selection that you can get online is more expansive. Ive never had a problem with shipping or doing a return or exchange. Love Homage!

I have to honest, when I ordered with Homage, I thought it had to be too good to be true. I got an update it was delivered at 7am, Not! I have hundreds of parcels delivered to my house each year and this is the only time that a package has not shown up. I contacted Homage and the response was they delivered the package, checked logistics and it must have been stolen, which they are not responsible. They are going to issue me a 30% refund and I should reorder. Why would I reorder? This has to a scam and lesson learned!

Order placed & confirmed. Delivery status link doesn't work. Online store link doesn't exist. Items ordered never received.
