I love my Lourdes Hydrofix. Bought it in 2019 and had no problem until recently. I unknowingly got the prongs wet which caused the machine to stop working properly. Frank was very concerned and helpful. I shipped my machine to them and it was quickly repaired, observed for proper functioning and returned! Holy Hydrogen is right! I was a little skeptical at first about the technology of the machine, as I have tried many different kinds on the market. However, this machine is amazing and exceeded all my expectations. This machine makes way more hydrogen than the other ones on the market and the breathing device is a bonus. I got my hydrofix about one month ago. I drink its water every day. Looking forward to feeling some amazing health benefits. The hydrofix works great. Haven't cleaned it yet and haven't used the gas mask yet. Hope the hydrogen water heals my blood and body. Please ask me again in 6 months.

Every time I have emailed them with a question on the Lourdes Hydrofix they have answered back promptly and with a great solution or answer. Recently I sent it in for a tune-up before the warranty was void and they did a complete overhaul. The unit works like a champ an I feel confined to in the company and it's employees to continue their outstanding client service and relationships.
The Hydrogen generator arrived in good condition, and in a timely manner. So far, the unit seems to be performing well. I'm a little upset about the cost of shipping, not only for the generator, but also for accessories.
I was asked to write a review many days before I received the machine - that was annoying.
Otherwise I'm happy so far. The company was excellent to deal with, but I've only just set up the Holy Hydrogen machine. The instructions to set it all up are very clear; the water tastes great; and the water bags really keep the extra hydrogen in the water.
I have faith that the health benefits talked about on the YouTube channel Uprising 144K are real, but since it takes 1 - 3 months to notice the difference it's too early to assess.
I am very grateful for the scientists behind and creators of this product and I'm looking forward to experiencing the benefits myself.

It was supposed to be a 3 to 5 day delivery at a cost of $150.

I have been using the machine about 3 weeks. I have had multiple allergies for years that cause hurting in my stomach area. On viewing my stomach inside it showed the area becomes reddened in response. I notice that after eating and it becomes apparently irritated and I can feel it through discomfort after an hour or so after eating. At this time if I follow up with a glass of hydrogen water within about an hour of drinking the water the discomfort begins to abate.

The ordering process was efficiently handled was disappointed at not getting a warning of needing adapter from US PowerPoint to UK power point Yes it is shown in the manual. However most pieces, in fact all of equipment of this standard I have ordered online in the past have come with the appropriate adapter. With the guarantee being so precise. It was not even made clear if the guarantee would be honoured if used with the power adapter!. I'm now up & running Loving my Lourdes Hydrofix. While it was delivered speedily by Ups. I now have some problems contacting Ups & getting any answers. I paid them online for duties etc But have now received a further request for payment by DHL
