I love the machine. The hydrogen man has great videos to help. Otherwise I would have lots of questions. I may attempt to draw a plan for people to step by step get going and understand the treasure they have with this machine. After about 18 days I am getting up earlier and ready to face my day. My urine stream has also gotten better and that is exciting. My performance at the gym has not gotten better but that may take time.
Interaction with Holy Hydrogen representative was surprising, profound, supportive, enlightening, kind. She went far beyond going the extra mile. She helped me with every aspect. Going the extra mile does not even say it. She took care of me as though I were a very treasured family member or a life long friend.
I was impressed with their quick email responses to questions as well as their wick delivery.
If you can't read Japanese make sure to request an English copy of the directions. You will not be able to do the setup properly without them.

Once I receive it I would be pleased to review the product. On another note: in all my correspondence with the supplier there is never a persons name in the signing off a email. It's always signed off as "Customer Service". In all my product purchasing world wide I have always had a persons name to correspond to as there was obviously allot of pride and belief in their product. Writing an email to Customer Service has zero human contact and gives me very very little trust in the transaction.
Please if possible add a little human touch to your correspondence.

I decided to buy this machine cause I found out it has good testimonials on Greg's YouTube channel. I have anemia and other stomach issues but felt no difference at all using this machine. I used it for a month and no benefits. I'm dehydrated so thought this would help with that but it just made me get a fever in my stomach so I had to stop using. I was hoping this would help but It didn't. I also wasn't fond of the taste of the water. It reminded me of ozone water. I thought there was no taste but I can taste it and smell it coming from the pitcher when making the water. The machine is easy to use but I bought it for health issues so that's what I'm rating it on.

I just wanted to say that I have just found out about this machine and wanted to look at some reviews on it before my purchase. Sad to say every review on here is about how quickly they received their order or how nice the rep was. People want a review to be about how your health changed. What were the health benefits for you. Don't write a review unless you have given this time to work. This doesn't convince anyone to purchase this machine at all.
Product was shipped within a day of being ordered and I had it two days later. Also, the instruction manual was emailed to me right after my order was placed, which was great to get that in advance and in English. Only had machine a few days, but so far so good. Definitely read the "whole" instruction manual as there is a lot to know so you don't accidentally damage your machine.
Delivery was quick and the machine performs as described. I think it might be the simplest and cleanest way to get Hydrogen water. Buy the blue reagent drops at it will reassure you that the water is at 1.2 or above. Also help you test how quickly the levels drop over time.
I love my new machine and am excited to think I can expect it to help my health in numerous ways. Even now when I breathe in the hydrogen gas it relieves my headache! This is edited because first I got mixed up about which company I was reviewing. The product from the other company has not been helping so clearly I was not giving a good review. Loved customer service and personal attention to my needs. New Hydrofix machine works great. I was even able to purchase H2 bag protective sleeves even though they were not sold on the website at that time. Quick shipping to Canada as well. Would highly recommend this company and it's products.
I expected some delays due to my ordering from abroad and possible issues with customs but the item actually arrived quicker than expected and before Christmas which was a bonus. The device itself is top notch. Sleek, easy to install and works well. I have hydrogenated water on tap throughout the day and feel better for it. It is a bit pricey but an excellent investment if you want to take your health and wellbeing to the next level. We ordered a hydrogen unit about a year ago after I'd been struggling to get over a very lengthy and terrible bout with Epstein Barr Virus. I strongly believe using the gas and drinking the water daily helped propel me in the direction of healing. Along with the EBV issues, I had been experiencing some bouts with insomnia. On the days after a bad sleep, I would use the gas and drink the water and feel way more alert than I had before having had the unit.

I have heard of the benefits of hydrogen water a few years ago and planned eventually to purchase. You can use any drinkable water (can not use salt water or contaminated water) for the Lourdes Hydrofix including RO and distilled water for both pitcher and main body. However, if you use RO or distilled water it will affect the hydrogen production a little. The water goes into the main body is used only for the separate electrolysis process and will not enter the drinking water in the pitcher, so you can use tap water as well. Some area has high mineral content in the tap water or well water, and you may need more frequent citric acid cleaning than usual. We realized that your concern is a common misunderstanding that people have contacted us about before and it is due to something rather than hydrogen.
If you are tasting or smelling something in the water, it is due to the water you are using in the pitcher. Tap water and filtered water have many contaminations and hydrogen nano-bubbles will gather certain smells in the water to the surface and smells will be intensified. This can be easily resolved by using a different type of water such as pure distilled water. Lourdes Hydrofix is designed to add nothing but pure hydrogen into the pitcher, and hydrogen is orderless and tasteless. It does not change anything else in the water. It is a separate chamber system unlike a direct electrolysis system which means ozone can only be produced underneath the pitcher, and the PEM membrane only can let the hydrogen ion enter the pitcher water.
In regards to your health concern that "it just made me get a fever in my stomach", we are not a physician and cannot provide you with medical advice.
