My jacket is very comfortable to wear. It goes with any style. The color correlation is very nice. The brand is an awesome name HOLLISTER the brand from California. Although it's very expensive, it can last you a long time if you take care of it. Overall it's a very positive experience and can be used anywhere.

I love Hollister and a lot of my clothes are from there. Some people hate it but trust me it's good as long as you aren't rude to the people who work there. They only have 16-18 year olds working there so obviously there's going to be some attitude but that goes for all stores. The stuff is good quality and the prices aren't terrible. The rewards program is very good and the sales are good sales like 50-75% off.

Half of my closet is Hollister and Abercrombie stuff, and I have never had a bad experience. I remember this one time I purchased a pair of jeans on sale that I really liked, but they were too big. I was afraid if I sent the pants back for an exchange, they would run out of stock by the time my request would be processed (it usually takes 2-3 weeks). So, I contacted customer service and asked if i could reorder the pants and have them pay for shipping, since it would essentially be an exchange. Surprisingly they said yes! There was this other time when they removed the "Online chat" button from their online store, and I left a message saying I'd love it back. Some days later it was back! Often times while browsing Hollister's online store I would have questions about sizing and stuff, and customer service always answered my questions in the most respectful and timely manner.

Overall, great company. Beware though, their short sleeved shirts fit weird :)

I'm a 50 yo woman. I know this brand is more for youngsters. But despite that the clothes look great and weren't that expensive cause I bought it all on sale. Quality also great. Thanks Hollister

Best customer service ever, I even had a rep help me out on two sites, Hollister and Abercrombie (they share same warehouse and I made two different orders on the same day) on two separate transactions... fast and knowledgable... like damn and wow. Very impressed. They have the best customer service, and their return is so so so easy with their already printed labels. No complaints. I think the girls name who was helping is name Phylicia

Everything ships fast... feels and fits great.
The sizes are pretty much bang on to what they should be and the quality of their cotton is the best I have ever had.

Subscribe on their site and they will email you the extra 20% off at least 2 or 3 x a year. Need to be patience in checking your email. They also ship fast.

Hi, I am new in town, on my first visit to the woodlands mall the best store I visited was Hollister and Abercrombie. The stores are a dream come true, and the particular smell of the Abercrombie store is incomparable and unique. The Hollister store has the best staff I ever met, they are really caring, polite, and nice. I just entered to the store they welcomed me and ask me about anything I needed. They are capable and very fast. They are glad to help you with returning, gift cards, coupons, or any other issue you could have. If they cannot help you they tell you to call Customer Service and here the attention is better and nicer. I am a very frequent customer so I have made friends with the staff. Had to come write this review after I received excellent customer service from Hollister on multiple occasions! If you have any questions or concerns just send them an email or just call and they're more then happy to help! I ordered some clothes a few days ago and I noticed today that two items were cheaper now then when I bought them! I emailed them and asked if they did price adjustments and they just did it for me no questions asked. They are awesome! :)

It's expensive but I love their clothes. They're made small but I'm a small person. My daughter likes it but she's much bigger but we get it a bigger size

I'm not a huge fan of Hollister mainly because I feel it's aimed for people who live near the beach or in California or don't mind a shirt that says the brand all over it. But I happened to be stuck looking for jeans because I have long legs and need extended sizes. Hollister has this! I found the perfect jeans in the perfect size AND length and they were on sale! Took the average amount of days to come in, I got the email letting me know it shipped and they were wrapped nicely. And they have promo codes on the internet/retail me not app. I AM IN LOVE.

I ended up ordering from them again for my husband some shirts and myself some bras. Again, I can almost never find anything in my size and I found some for myself AND a nice shirt for my husband. Granted three things was about to cost me $60. I used a promo code and it knocked off $10. I love that I can shop for both men and women and not just one. I may not LOVE the hollister logo on their t-shirts but their sizes for women like me definitely allow me to give Hollister a thumbs up.

Hollister as a brand is great- the clothes are casual, stylish and also good quality, but the jeans are particularly great quality and are very comfortable.
The stores are amazing, inside they are surf themed (just like the brand itself).

Online the return policies are great after ordering 3 styles of jeans in 3 sizes each, which arrived very quickly it was no problem to return the sizes which didn't fit.

The prices are Ok, but a little expensive for a high street shop.
The sales at Hollister are really good, and worth looking out for as most of the products get reduced hugely.

I ordered a few shirts and jeans online. A few things did not fit, so I called to talk to costumer service. They were extremely polite and they said that all I had to do was send it back in and they would send me out the correct sizes. And I didn't have to pay shipping twice!

FANTASTIC. This was my first time ordering something online. It went well. Only problem shipping was slow. Other than that, lovely.
