This site would appear to have been created by Mailbox Nationwide as a way to ensure that anyone who googles 'Mailbox Nationwide complaints' comes to this site rather than find some very bad reviews about Mailbox nationwide and lots of complaints about Mailbox nationwide. We used Mailbox Nationwide and have substantial evidence that they did not deliver the leaflets as per our contract. We are also aware of many other people who have had very bad experience with Mailbox Nationwide. Mailbox Nationwide have several county court judgements against them that it would appear they have not paid. They have an in house solicitor advocate, Gareth Rosser-Davies who continues to act for them even although they appear to be in contempt of court judgements against them. We feel this is in contravention of the SRA code of conduct for solicitors. We have reported Gareth Rosser-Davies to the SRA.
