I use hitpaw for work and it's super practical and very helpful! I love the interface, super easy to use. Don't not hesitate to buy a license, the service is great too!

I am using the free version, because this software is an unknown, with no phone number and only online support. I have had the preview running for two hour now, and not even one frame out of 45 have been processed. I have an I7 processor, 32gb of ram and a SSD hard drive with a NVidia Geforce Video card with 4GB. I was planning on getting the registered version but if it is this slow, I will go elsewhere.

In the interest of transparency and to prevent others from encountering similar issues, I feel compelled to share my experience. I advise potential users to exercise caution when considering HitPaw products, as they may encounter performance issues that could impact their computer's operation.

Overall, I cannot recommend HitPaw Image Enhance based on my experience with the app and the subsequent lack of resolution from their support team.

I was so upset at being charged another time for a monthly fee as I didn't understand it and thought I only selected one payment and if I wanted another month, I could pay for it - that was not the case. Lo and behold, along came Quinn who told me not to be upset and gave me a LIFETIME USER LICENCE. So for those of you calling Hitpaw terrible and horrible names, you are so wrong. HITPAW, Quinn deserves a nice, big, fat increase and also a Bonus for appeasing your customer/s. THANK YOU DEAREST QUINN.

Until now, I have tried a lot of programs, and it works so and so and ok, but now, after using HitPaw for several months, I'm not in doubt. HitPaw is a must if you want to lift your photos to an higer level. It's still not perfect colorize at all colors on every pictures, but that does no other program either.
HitPaw is absolutely a gamechanger. Build with AI, the program getting better and better.
This program is absolutely to recomment.
