Customer service is INVALUABLE, they offer a 1-week full access to their software. And I'm impressed with the product.

I purchased Hitpaw Fotorpea with advertised 30% discount code, order was processed without opportunity to submit the code. Reached out to Hitpaw and they said pretty much it's my fault. No refund. Then without warning, I get notice that I'm about to be billed for the Video enhancer, which I never use. Crazy... Sorry, I even visited their website.

I needed to remove a watermark from a video I'd previously created and decided to try their product. Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch because I uploaded my video and clicked on the edit button but the gears kept turning and NOTHING happened after an hour of waiting. I tried the process two more times before giving up and contacting customer support to ask for a refund. First - they take FOREVER to respond. Second - their stance was immediately defensive and they kept telling me that their product works fine. WEEKS later, after several attempts to get a refund, they are now asking me to send them some kind of log so they can assess the issue. They should have asked me for this when I first wrote and now that so much time has gone by, I do not have access to their product anymore and I'm not about to go through the entire process again. This has been a huge waste of my time, a huge headache, and I would never use a product from a company that a) provides horrible customer support and b) doesn't stand behind their product 100%. A $35 refund should be a no-brainer for a reputable company. These people are awful.

I am trying to cancel my subscription but hitpaw makes it impossible! I tried to do it manually but their system would not recognise my order. Number, the number which is in my invoice. I kept running in circles for an hour trying all ways to cancel my monthly subscription but they wouldn't let me do it. And there is. No email to contact, just. One of those forms that. Nobody ever replies to.

I purchased the Watermark Remover and it kept leaving a terrible blur where text was suppose to be removed. In addition, the loading time is incredibly long, no reason to be so long to load. I was unsatisfied with the glitch software and the company did not honor their 30 day refund policy as they advertised.

It's a great program for editing pictures and removing the background, did not find a better program for what i need, for what i use it more than good enough and not so complex as photoshop or other programs

They are totally ignorning my refund request after I declined a lifetime subscription to satisfy me. I found a daily limitation in background removal (99 images a day) that was not discoverable in the trial version and was not advertised. This doesn't fit my workflow and I asked for a refund. They offered a lifetime subscription which I declined and they have not returned emails since.
Avoid this company.

I took a quick look at how to operate it, and found that thanks to the easy-to-understand interface, I was able to use it without reading any instructions, making it a very easy-to-use piece of software.

Easy to use, it has solved many problems with unclear images, and there is also a useful old photo restoration that has helped me achieve good performance in my work.

The rendering time is horrendous. It will take you around 7 minutes to render 1 second. After an hour I understood that I can't use this system, so I contacted them right away and asked to cancel and refund. And I got a response that I need to fix something in the system. They sent me an instruction and the buttons were not even there! So basically I paid them for a whole year and stated after an hour that it's not for me and got a response that I can go f myself. Horrible experience. Would advice everyone to avoid it!

Excellent customer service that responds very quickly and above all provides concrete solutions. This was the case for me with a response within a few hours to a problem I was having with video enhancer on my PC. The support was perfect and my problem was solved. The result on videos is quite amazing. Of course, there's a slight artificial aspect to the rendering, but compared with the usual techniques that produce a lot of noise in the image and a result that's rarely satisfactory, it's a great success.

I typically do not write bad reviews unless all avenues and opportunities for resolution are utilized. I did the professional route of contacting them directly in regard to the issues I was having. After purchase (WHICH btw is the only way to really test the product) I was noticing it was taking SEVERAL hours to convert less than 10% of a 1 min video. I mentioned that as well as how the final product took over 12 hrs to complete, in which the quality was horrible. After 4 email exchanges, they still refused to provide a full refund. So, I am here to protect those consumers who decide to take a chance on a product with their hard-earned money to only be thoroughly disappointed.

This is a cheating company, I bought the product above to try to enhance a Ring video, but it did nothing, no change in quality, unable to identify the person, you will never differentiate between the original and the enhanced. In the trial period, they offered 30% off a product that I paid $99 for and it did not work, we went back a forward, and they never offered a full refund. Please don't waste your money or your time. I recommend this software to everybody. HitPaw Video Enhancer certainly does as promised and improves the quality of my videos making them look so much better. Quinn from customer support is fantastic always there to help and very friendly.

The Ai video upscaling in this app is amazing, great options and fantastic output. Customer service goes above and beyond to solve any issues you may have. I've had no software issues, but they quickly corrected an issue with licensing caused on my end, but they solved it quickly and got me back up and running right away.

I'm a big photography enthusiast.The watermark removal software is very powerful.I also want to buy other HITPAW software. The functions inside are simple and practical, which will greatly improve my work efficiency. I hope it will get better and better.
