It won't monitor text messages on my iPhone as it said it would. The only way was if you have another iPhone, which I don't. They took well over 2 weeks to let me know this and therefore wouldn't not refund me my money since the refund timeframe past. They ignore my repeated emails. Don't buy. You will waste your money

This company misrepresents their product and when it does not function as promised, they continue to give false claims of a refund. The company has not refunded my money in over a month for the purchase made. Be warned that this company is a SCAM.

Requested a refund by email 20 minutes after installing, and they replied that the refund was approved. I did not receive a refund, so I emailed a second time, and they responded to wait 10 business days. After waiting for the time stated, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Highster Mobile tried to deny my dispute because I used the service, but this was surprising because their website says you have 10 days for a refund. I finally got a refund once I emailed my credit card company the email showing that Highster had approved my refund; all this took three months.

My son purchased this app, online Sept 30,2020, using his credit card. We immediately tried to cancel, their phone number said to email, which we did with order reference number and last 4 digits of card used. He NEVER downloaded or used the app, i have a copy of the email we sent. When we received our credit card statement, they charged the card TWICE, no cancellation or credit! We have disputed the charges with Capital One... this company lied and said he downloaded and used the app, which he did not. And why would anyone purchase it twice on the same day? I am still working with our credit card company, who says this company is refusing the refund, credit, and continues to claim tge two charges are valid. Beware of this company, i will pursue our original purchase refund, plus the charge, i will not go away! Appears to be a fraudulent company

Affiliated with Highster Mobile and they wont pay us our commission. They also keep charging users when it clearly says it's a one time fee. They keep ignoring all mails and messages.

Highster mobile has proven to be unworthy and not to be trusted.

I purchased this app for my daughter's phone as she was being bullied and wanted to make sure I could also see any messages. The app recorded nothing so I asked for a refund within 14 days.

On doing so, I was told that my refund would be with me in 6-9 business days which it wasn't. And when I said I never received it, they said a technical glitch had happened. And they would re send the refund so wait 2-3 business days.

Again nothing came. I asked again and then got another reply saying they will check and wait further days... still nothing.

I've done some digging on this company and all social media accounts are fake, as it the companies website "ILF Mobile Apps Corp" so stay clear.

And they say they will refund you i have all the emails but have yet to see anything the company is bogus and the app sucks waste of time and money.

I installed this twice because the email from support told to me to delete and Reinstall app because nothing was uploading as said in advertisement. They took my money and are refusing to refund despite their false advertising issues. They say they have customer phone tech support which is bull! It's an automated greeting saying you to email them! No one is there to assist. I emailed them

Money back and they won't respond back. I email them for tech support and I get the same email try deleting app and reinstalling. I reply saying it was done twice and they don't reply at all. Complete waste of money and they are def a scam company. They are for sure off shore and whenever the email is responded to it's signed by the same
Person. It seems to be a one person operation! Don't ever buy this crappy software! Doesn't work at all especially on iPhone with latest iOS 13!

I spent a long time deciding on a monitoring app. They all had inconsistent reviews. I went with Highster based on how long they've been around and the one time payment. They charge you double right out the door for a product that bares no resemblance to what is advertised. My only advice to wary parents who find themselves in a quandary about selecting a legitimate monitoring app is to call the customer support line of the prospective company first. Base your decision on how bad you get the run-around. I wish I could recommend more.

I am so sad I didn't read these reviews, and trust them (I did read some bad ones but went ahead anyway). Highster is rubbish and no social media functions work. They tell you you have to root your phone which scraps your warranty, disallows future updates and can destroy the software of your phone entirely if you are not careful.

When I asked for a refund, they told me that I had accessed the software and therefore they would not refund me. Of course you have to access the software to find out that it does not work! I'm so disappointed with myself for falling for this scam.

I ordered this product April 28,2020. I called the same day the mobile numbers tell you to go o the internet you file a refund and a person emails you saying 4 to 6 days. You won't get it then after 6 business days you message the next email says support problems it will be 2 to 3 business days then you never receive a refund on request it pops saying solved. Ive sent at least 15 emails and they double charge you please lets stop this company Danielle Anderson

Wouldn't trust this lot as far as I could throw them, took money and wasn't able to download no refund shame I can't give 0 stars because they are absolute scum

This is a 100% scam. I thought I was purchasing this product from a reputable company, it is not. Once I realized the product is JUNK I realized the employees are the same, I tried to get a refund and I got run around! They gave my PHONE NUMBER OUT! Sold my information! DO NOT TRUST!
