My son purchased this app, online Sept 30,2020, using his credit card. We immediately tried to cancel, their phone number said to email, which we did with order reference number and last 4 digits of card used. He NEVER downloaded or used the app, i have a copy of the email we sent. When we received our credit card statement, they charged the card TWICE, no cancellation or credit! We have disputed the charges with Capital One... this company lied and said he downloaded and used the app, which he did not. And why would anyone purchase it twice on the same day? I am still working with our credit card company, who says this company is refusing the refund, credit, and continues to claim tge two charges are valid. Beware of this company, i will pursue our original purchase refund, plus the charge, i will not go away! Appears to be a fraudulent company
