I have used the tracker and it worked perfectly and the service provided was awesome. The tech guys were very helpful and fast (even with all my questions). The tracker lasts for a lifetime, I use it whenever I want again, best investment (I did get my answers) and the service was totally outstanding. I highly recommend the rootgatehacks company and service if you ever need to track anything or anyone. I will for sure come back for them again if ever needed in the future. I began to notice a few changes with my Husband's character and Behavior recently, i have to find out so a friend suggested i try it out
I tried using the monitoring Application but during installation time, My husband got alerted that someone tried to access his iCloud.
He became suspicious but i was still in-search of the Truth so i had to find and contact a Phone *** Expert- spyfix6 (at) gmail (dot) com.

Now i Have enough evidence and proof to Backup spouse Infidelity.

After a week of trying to get the information to actually download a message was sent to target phone to change its Apple ID as it was bring compromised, still no information had been downloaded, so after a change in Apple ID, the target phone blew up after charging, don't know if this software had anything to do with it, but then after purchasing a new phone and 2 weeks later and finally getting information download, the very next day there was an email sent to the target phones email saying that someone had signed in using their Apple ID, and the phone got the blue screen of death, i don't think any of this was coincidence, and then the only info oration that was seen was sms and phone calls, nothing else was seen.

I purchased Highster Pro Edition 6-11-16 for $129.97. I purchased the most expensive package available in hopes that I was getting a quality product. I had trouble with the installation instructions. They were not clear. I contacted their "tech support" and was told they would email me a solution as they did not provide live tech support. The emails that I received were just copies of the original instructions which was no help at all. I finally got an email saying that the cloud had to be backed up on the phone. I even called Apple to verify that this had been done. I finally called the company 6-13-16 and asked for a refund. I was sent an email saying that the refund was on it's way and would be in my account within 3-5 days. On the 5th day I checked back with the company and received an email stating that I was not eligible for a refund as the program was working perfectly. I clicked on the link sent and it showed that dashboard was tracking my phone instead of the target phone. By this point I was more than done with the nonsense this company was putting out and once again requested my money be refunded. After several more emails asking me to try again with the phones and such I received one saying that they would send me another license key. I adamantly told them that I did want anything more to do with their company except for a refund of my money. I also informed them that I would be turning them into the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and FTC. Needless to say I have not received a refund even though I am not using their program (and asked how to uninstall it from my device). This is a rip off company that needs to be shut down. They are crooks getting away with stealing people's very hard earned money!

They finally did send me a full refund on 6-27-16. I still am not impressed with this company. Be very very careful when dealing with them.

Although it may sound like an interesting deal with this spy software, what they are really doing is stealing your money! They have such a shafty refund policy - in which there is no refund policy. Even if you have not used their software, they will not issue you a refund whatsoever. This is the worst refund policy I have ever seen. I also noticed after requesting a refund, that they changed their terms and agreement just to try and trick me into thinking I didn't read their refund policy correctly.

I do not recommend paying for their software. If you have ANY doubt whatsoever in buying it, I would strongly recommend NOT buying it through them! They will deliberately steal your money.

Do your homework! Look up this company's reviews online and you will notice that they have really bad ratings throughout the internet. One review says this, "Highster Mobile's phone type selection is somewhat limited compared to competitors, and certain models are only supported on certain phone carriers also."

Another very huge point is that you need physical access to the phone you'd like to track. Plus, you have to jailbreak the phone in order for this crappy software to work. This means, your phone will not be warrantied with Apple anymore if you are using it for an iPhone. This company likes to keep this information kind of hidden unless you really look through the site.

Overall, this company keeps the important information that you need to know hard to find and if you do decide you want a refund, you can kiss your money goodbye.
