H For Hype

I ordered an US size 5 got a US size 6 tooo big, their customer service response is very quick up untill u actually get the order!
I said i will send the shoes back as they are too big and can i get a refund of my shipping fees as it was their fault they sent out the wrong size, no reply that was 4 days! Also is there anybody else other than 'justin' that deals with emails n messages u only employ one person called justin? Hmmmm... if you read other reviews its always justin, bit weird.

I got scamed, costumer service was horrible and they say my packages where ship when they weren't! One of them the tracking number is invalid and in the second package I didn't even receive a tracking information. I lost $600 and payed for shipping protection fee and yet they do not wish to help me. I have been waiting for almost two months now. I have never had a worst experience n have never been scamed like this. Please be smart n do not waste money in here. I saw some the good reviews Before i made my orders and tbh I don't understand how if they're fake or what because this has been the most sketchy experience ever n i lost a lot of money.

Omg, I agree with Sally 100%. I got chills just by reading her review. Same case, wrong size and item was not the same as what you see on their website. I bought one item, and it was a mistake on their part, but they weren't willing to cover shipping which is almost half the price of the jacket I got. And it seemed like they didn't even want me to return it and insisted on a store credit of $15 (wtf?!?!) which is $#*!ing stupid cause i would never buy from them again after this expereicne. I have all the emails to back this up. Contact me at *******@gmail.com and i'll save you the trouble. DON'T BUY FROM THIS $#*!ING SCAMMER.

The site looks legit and people have reviews on youtube so you believe the site. But beware. They never send you the right size and the items are not the same as the pictures. You can't even return because the cost to shipping the items to China is at least $45? (i paid 55) and once you return they stop contact with you. If you get into contact, they say they will give you store credit or say "oh what was your order number again" and they keep doing this. They do not have any intention of refunding you, so do not return you're unwanted items if you did get fooled in the first place. Sending the items back will just result in you losing more money. BEWARE OF H FOR FYPE.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son bought shoes from H For Hype with his own money and they arrived with defects. We immediately mailed them back along with receipt and all necessary paperwork. We have been given the run around for a year and a half and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED OUR REDUND EVEN THOUGH THE SHOES WERE RETURNED! I have been back and forth with customer service and they keep pretending they are helping and keep asking me to send the return mailing info, order number, online receipt etc. I keep sending ALL those things over and over and they reply as if it's the first time they are talking to me! They give you the run around so you will give up and they keep your money! Don't buy from them!
They stole my young son's money!

I have waited 5 months for my exchange and this is unbelievably unprofessional. I have emailed you guys multiple times asking what to do and you guys just keep telling me you'll get back to me. I went to usps and they told me once it leaves USA it's not trackable anymore! I have filled out your exchange paper 5 months ago and also sent you a picture of my return TWICE! If you guys aren't planning on doing anything about the money I spent I will file a claim with the bank that you guys are fraud and will also work on shutting you guys down because I am passed done waiting! On top of you guys not giving me my return or exchange I made the stupid mistake from buying from you guys again and you sent me a sweatshirt that you said would fit like a US XL and it's fits like a women's medium and I just keep on getting ignored by you guys every time I ask what can we do about this! Get back to me ASAP with an exchange or return or else I will do everything in my power to shut this company down because this is injustice!

Most terrible site ever, if you visit it looks attractive but if you buy you will go through the world's $#*!tiest costumer service ever. I purchased a jacket and shoes, and on a random day they will ''ship'' your order, In reality they don't, they just put it on the shipped mark to make you think it has been shipped, after that they will take for ever to actually ship and the excuse they use is (We are waiting for tracking number from shipping company). So what I did Is after 2 days they claimed it was shipped I called the shippings company DHL to verify it has been shipped and sure enough, they confirmed it hasnt been shipped after checking. And the 2 people that work there (Lee Wei and Muktadir) are liars and manipulators. Don't listen to a word they say. I frequently shop online since 2012... have a lot of experience but this one is my worst.
Thanks for reading my experience and my advice is to stay away from them as it will save you a lot of stress and anxiety.
