This underhand German company allows clients to bombard your website with bot scans affecting your website by their customers. I have emailed their abuse department many times and they do not care as they think it's not illegal and refer you to the German legal system. They are on the blacklist of many discussion boards and have informed Shopify, Cloudflare and other websites of their abuse. DO NOT USE

Worst Hosting and Support

This platform has the worst servers, support, billing.
Nothing's working properly, they don't allow you to cancel your billing, which is very odd and serious.

We have tried talking to them over a 7 month period, where we did want to test their services but once we saw that we weren't compatible we wanted to cancel but couldn't.

Of all the options, we called, we sent emails, multiple teams, platforms, people. Nothing worked.

Very cheap hosting on their cloud platform.

Customer service is terrible and rented, dedicated servers have uptime issues, but the cloud VPS is a very stable product.

Payments protip: Load several months/years of credit onto your account by overpaying an invoice via SEPA transfer to their IBAN account (list your account number, ask their customer support for more info). This will prevent you from running into payment issues if you have issues with your card payment as they'll just take money out of your "balance".

They do not care about its clientele. I would say that customer service is bad but its not only horrible, it is also non existent. They do not care about their clients. You are not able to send emails because they cater to spammers. They are such a shady company. They simply do not care about anything. They do not reply and if they do, you get sent to a tutorial that is from 1993 because nothing in it remotely works. You cant even send emails because everyone is on some probation thing for 30 days. Lol...so you cant send emails out of any normal port and what they try to tell you to do does not work. Port 587 never sends emails. Not ever. Not even one time. Not even a fluke happens. And, they do not care about it. We have FOUR (4) accounts that we have to move now because they dont care that we have existing accounts. They still do not care about losing FOUR (4) accounts. They just do not care. They have products that clearly do not work. They make no bones about it and then they do NOT ever respond with any solution. This has been a worthless waste of time because anything we did last week, is a waste I am now realizing and moreover, if I am writing reviews of a company, I am NOT doing my real work and real job which is makes it even worse.
