I waited until the problem was actually corrected and they did what they told me they would do. So, all is good now. So happy to see that a company & their employees actually care about their customers.
Thank you so much for correcting the problem. I received my order very quickly and packed nicely so that the fragile chamomile flowers were not turned to dust. The freshness was evident. I will continue to recommend MBHC or Herbco.com to friends.
In checkout it would be easier if you just added a remove button. I had problems establishing billing and shipping address.

Good price buying bulk is the way to go I've shaped around and there prices are easily half of anywhere I've seen the only thing is that you should stock up to offset the shipping cost because it's the same if you order 1 pound or 5 pounds
