In general not pleased with the quality of product. Black tea is absolutely not usable and is of a low grade tea. Much better quality at lower prices available at local stores! Will not shop again.

The products arrived surprisingly quick!
I placed a large order ($292) at 10:00 at night, realized that I wanted a different type of the same product and sent an email shortly after requesting cancellation of the order so I could place a new order for the proper product.
I received a reply after the business opened in the morning informing me that all orders are final, even though the website says, "If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it for an exchange, refund, or credit." Obviously this is only applicable after you have paid shipping, as my order is listed by their website as not having been shipped and may not be until tomorrow as the website states they "ship orders out within 48 hours". The reason for the no cancellation policy stated on the website is that, "Cancelling and resubmitting a new order incurs extra costs from the credit card vendors." I would have been happy to pay this extra cost in order to save $100 in shipping costs incurred by receiving the order, sending it back, and paying shipping for a new package, but I am not allowed this option.
I would think that the timing of my request, and the size of my order would allow the business the opportunity to help me out in the situation. I am not a business, this large purchase is for my family's consumption. The business has the right to set their policies, but their unwillingness to offer assistance when able makes me less likely to give them my business again.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Orders placed after work hours will not be viewed or processed until the next business day. Our shipping department hours are different from our office hours which results in orders being processed before our customer service reps can view the email you sent. We ship out orders within two business days, once orders are processed we start working on them as soon as possibly to be shipped out within that time frame. Unfortunately, your order fell in one of those situations were the order was ready to be shipped out and could no longer be canceled and for that we sincerely apologize. It is very unlikely for situations like this to happen often.
