While I have ordered fro the herb shack in the past, I will never order from them in the future. The site claims same day shipping. This is far from the truth. They sent me a confirmation email. Three days later they charged my credit card. No tracking info or correspondence of any kind. Don't even try to contact them through "customer Service" on the website, they don't respond. The only response I got was emailing the sales address. The email stated "most people complaining of missing orders received them. 20 days and nothing. Stay away from this site. They ripped me off of almost $400.00. They once shipped products. Now they are SCAMMERS. Buyer beware.
This website is your one stop shop for herbal incense online! Not only do they have great prices, but they have a super good variety of different kinds to choose from, with varying strengths. Another big bonus is the free and super fast shipping, that is very discrete. Will not buy from any where else!

These people need to learn about customer service! I placed an order for 600.00 and they never sent an order confirmation and when I wrote to them, as they do not supply a phone number, I got no reply. I wrote several emails over three days with no reply and then when I finally got a reply they said patience goes a long way! Well, I am sorry but when you spend 600.00 you kind of want SOME kind of communication from them about your order!
The herb shack has horrendous customer service. I have noticed that they simply ingnore you when you try to get a hold of them regarding your order, if there happens to be a problem.
There are many better sites to buy from which will be reliable and ship on time.
I don't even look for my order anymore in the mail, I know it is never coming. I have given up on it.
As of yesterday they have stopped accepting credit cards. Presumably this is because they have had so many chargebacks that they have lost their merchant accounts. The credit card companies are quick to pull these accounts after a complaint or two, or three, etc.
Without a credit card merchant account, the Herb Shack will go down the commode quickly. Now they are shipping COD for this product, and at a $250 minimum, I wish them luck with that.
I hate the herb shack so much, that when the site closes, I am going to be filled with glee. They are scammers and deserve everything they get.
Just had an order and got it within three days, and he sent a sample with something they plan on launch next week. I will be back for more. I think they have made some good changes at the herb-shack.
Been using herb-shack.com ever since they teamed up with Lazy Botanicals. I did have one shipping issue (2 extra days delay) but they compensated me with extra product! Happy customer here :)
Orderd 15 days ago took my money rght away but won't return any emails. Paid for priority never receieved tracking number. Sent about 8 emails no replies can't get much worse service!
