Seem keen to get your money but when it comes to wanting to sell what you have invested in they don't reply to you. Sent 4 emails over 2 weeks and still not had acknowledgement

I have dealt with 2 different brokers with hennessy and they have both shown excellent judgement and have taken the time out to get to know me and find out exactly what my risk biundaries are before advising on how to invest my funds. Very reliable in terms of what they have offered with different funds, I can highly recommend
They helped me when my mortgage loan was switched to another lender, and previous lender did not give insurance information. They contacted me regarding my bill being due and I explained the situation. They had it taken care of in a few hours, with the new lender overnighting payment so I wouldn't have to come up with it in full on short notice. Awesome costumer service.
I have been with Hennessy for over a year, my broker is knowledgeable and has managed my portfolio well, but I do feel that because i am not a high net worth client i do not get the same level of attention that I deserve

I have been living abroad for a number of years and I was looking for a company to arrange all my financial affairs and my friend recommended Hennessy - I'm glad he did and I can highly recommend them, easy to talk to, very patient and very attentive, they arranged my pension, which is complicated due to living abroad and also brokered my insurance, and they have also made some investments on my behalf which so far are profitable. More than anything they are great to deal with and understand customer importance
