Today, I received a Stattrak Butterfly Factory New Urban Masked from a drop, which was an exciting find. However, upon checking the system, I noticed it was priced at $418, which is significantly lower than its true value.

On their website, a Factory New item is listed for $1582, and Factory New + Stattrak is 418$. Unfortunately, I can't transfer it on Steam since the item is currently out of stock.

When I contacted customer support, they informed me that they are unable to adjust the price and suggested exchanging it at the $418 value.

Given my extensive history with Hellcase, where I've spent over $15,000 and faced substantial losses, this situation is particularly frustrating. Finally obtaining a valuable drop only to find it drastically undervalued adds to the disappointment.

They give you certain probabilites for items in box openings and upgrades. However, a positive outcome maybe happens 1/10 times and the other 9/10 just suck your money. Total scam, which I would highly recommend to avoid.

So this evil person hacks into my etsy account pretended to be a buyer and then stole my money illegally... you see what you are doing to innocent people I pray you will get caught and pay for your evil deeds. He has the effontary to ask me for another card you thief... you will wrought in HELL for ruining people lives

As far as i know the website didn't ban me or whatever but the reviews that are on this website is not relevant there are just some people who got scam by someone else or someone who just lose and complain.

I added several hundred dollars and without any reason the next time I logged in it said I was banned. They will just steal your deposits. Beware do NOT use this site

HELLCASE ARE STEALING FROM COSTUMERS

On 01.01.2023, I accessed the Hellcase website to open knife boxes. I had to spend 230£ on their site, and in the end, I got a knife worth 73£, wich is scum already, a box opening is like 122£.

When I wanted to withdraw my 73£ knife an error appears saying that is not possible.

Then the admin added me on steam, saying that it will take a while and that I can add more money so he can give me an expensive knife, then he tricks me and made me give him my skins in the value of 240£.

Long story short, he then ask for a 250£ so he can return me 500£ wich was a lie, and now he wants 350£ again.
OMG THEY ARE CRIMINALS!

If you unbox a knife don't expect to get it at all. I had gotten two different ones. One was high demand and that's what they said on why they couldn't give it to me. Then got a scorched Navaja Knife and lol yup you guest it. STILL COULDNT GET MY $70 DOLLAR KNIFE. Complete rip off of a website.

Recently won a knife on this site which I tried withdrawing for a full week and it was out of stock the whole time so I changed it to a different knife and that one was out of stock too so then I changed it another knife and it was also out of stock so I tried a last time to change it to a diffrent knife and that knife was also out of stock. HELLCASE IS A SCAM

They banned me for ı opened a case. The case was very profitable and i opened it so they banned me with a lot of people.

And let me tell u why… two night ago I woke up to over ten transactions from hellcase charged to my account. Thankfully after the first 4 charges, my bank blocked the other 6 from happening. So ofc I reach out to hellcase and they pretend to care and reply saying " we can't help right now since the transaction is pending".
Then when the transaction does go through and am short $60. They say a refund is impossible….
I HAVE NEVER NOT ONE BEEN TO THIS SITE NOR HEARD OF THIS COMPANY. They said they can't refund because it was spent on their site. Well hello duh that's y I'm reaching out. I'd like my money back. They stole from me in the middle of the night idk how they got my info. Also from other reviews seems like they are LYING! And claiming it's outside people scamming them. I just need my money back this is really messed up that I didn't even tryyyyyy to make a purchase from them and they came knocking like the in the night. I promise. I will find out who runs this company or someone else will. And I will sue heavily or enjoy the jail time they get because surely they won't be able to pay me n the other people they scam back. Rot in hell u dirty thieves.
