This was my first time purchasing coffee online so I was a little bit hesitant. But the site sets everything straight and easy to buy. Also my fist time buying this brand and type of coffee so it was atleast a great experience and hassle free. Online is lekker neh!

Excellent service, The delivery from order time to delivery was extremely quick. Always good coffee, Took away one star, as one of the bags was a little "bloated" and had a funky smell. All the other bags like always premium quality

I ordered 5kg Troika blend coffee beans for the "Buy 5kg get 1kg free" special.
I previously went to the store to enquire if the extra kg will be included in the order, since the shopping cart online did not update and was told that it will be included if I order 5kg beans online.
I only received 5kg beans. Upon inquiry I was told that the Troika beans were on another special and not included in the 5kg special. Nowhere on the website was this stated. The website is still not updated:

If you visit https://heavenlycoffees.com/collections/roasted-coffee you will see that the other coffees have a tag that says Buy 6kg and pay for 5. The Troika 's tag says buy 1kg for R289. So if you want the first special you have to order 6 bags of the coffees that are marked accordingly and the system will then give you the required discount so that you pay for 5. I will send you a gift voucher that you can use on your next order to compensate for the misunderstanding. I just want to mention that as with many stores the online offers and the instore offers are often not the same.

I am also very disappointed in my coffee beans... The flavors are nothing what I expected them to be...
I am a real critique when it comes to my coffees, hence requested samples of the different brews, to which I was abruptly told that I could not receive, even though it was my very first time ordering with Heavenly Coffees.
For a 4kg initial order, I would have thought that an exception could be made in order to win over your customer, but I guess that Francois knew that his beans were not up to standard.
I will never be ordering from Heavenly Coffees ever again!
I notice the 5 star reviews on the store itself, which I haven't tried, due to it being out of my way... I cannot however discredit the store and the eats they serve... But definitely Terrible beans... and a waste of money for a single unemployed mom!
Goodday. I am rather perturbed by your review. Do you request samples for everything you buy from other online suppliers as well? It is ridiculous to expect us to provide samples of every coffee to every new customer before they buy. The fact that you did not like our coffee does not make it bad. People's preferences differ after all. If our coffee was terrible we would not have still been around after more than 12 years. Just for the record, every single review you see on our website is for online purchases and does not include reviews for our restaurant. Just a suggestion, considering that you are so critical, next time when you order a new product, maybe order smaller quantities to try it out before placing a bulk order.

Hi Cas we have a loyalty program but it is for in-store purchases only. The store and our on-line shop are operated by two seperate companies. Also the in-store system does not link to our website so we have no way of linking in-store and online purchases to each other.
