Great experience product arrived timely manner great packaging

When asking for a refund, I was directed to send a different email to technical support. From there I was asked to provide verification that the error was not one that I made, but in fact a defective product. I have now sent MANY more pictures than what was asked, and still have yet to receive a follow up or refund.

No issues and fast shipping.

I like the products and I will definitely order again in the future.

The shipping type should pop a window explaining what each type means instead of having to come across it in the footer

Poor shipping

The original order was lost by Fed Ex, but when I messaged customer service, they were AWESOME! Took care of the problem right away and rushed an overnight order to me. Very happy with the product and your employees!

The heat press we purchased is a great value for the price. Only issue I had was tracking info came with no carrier information. In the process of getting that information via email, my press arrived! Only one day after I ordered it! I will definitely be a return customer should the need arise.
