Mugs arrive broken. They were shipped with no protection and now a week pass and still have not received a refund on the broken mugs after we sent photos as requested.

Loved how I was able to get heat press comparisons! Also, AWESOME customer service. When I had an issue with getting my order confirmations and logging on to my account they helped me right away. Not happy that it took two day after order was placed before it shipped out of IL warehouse. Might as well come from CA warehouse because they delayed shipping two days. Would love to rate the product but, I can't because I don't have it.

I have only got 1 of the three in. I took till Tuesday evening to ship and I'm still waiting on then to get here. The one I got was drop shipped to me.
