I received exactly what I expected. Shipping was on time and in great condition. I purchased 2 different mugs. Have heat pressed one but not the other. Great results on the one. Will expect no less when I use the other. Once 100% proven products, I would buy from again.

The price is the best I could find. However the shipping time was too long. It was well over a week from the time I ordered till the time I got the product. Actually I got this survey before my product was even delivered which is weird

Some days later, the heat press arrived by UPS. It was in a heavy and big box. Thank you for a well packed box. We chose automatic function, which is a great choice we think. So smooth and nice opening. Moreover a drawer model is better than swing models we think.
