I hate this heat press & wish I wouldn't have spent money on it! Yes, it's a swing out… but doesn't swing out far enough, so it slows you down and you almost burn your hand each time!
Absolutely love the printer. Having a few problems with getting the Print Manager installed. I'm sure I'll get it. But im happy with my purchase.
Terrible customer service. My mugs were poorly packaged and therefore 6 were damaged during transit but since it was over 3 days (ridiculous amount of time for quality check) they won't even do a store credit. Company I won't be doing business with anymore.
Placed an order during black Friday on sublimation ink. Waited over three weeks for one color to arrive. I needed to exchange it and was told they don't except exchanges. That I could return it but it would cost me $15 and then I would have to re-order at full price.
This was my second engagement with this company. I should have known better after purchasing a heat press barely used after 14 months it failed and was told there is no warranty. Money grab and go philosophy. Buyer beware
This particular company has one of the worst return policies. Just ordered paper (sublimation) the first time, paper came in damaged but I used because I was in a rush. Ordered again, and came in same shape damaged from the corner.
To request a return or refund you need to email them and they will give a ton of excuses in order to accept the product.
I gave up with them, they can keep my money, Just no more business for them.
I am disgusted with this company. I ordered a sublimation printer and it arrived broken with loose pieces. To top it all off, I did not received what I ordered on the site. I opted for the bundle which included ink and paper at a slightly higher price. When the order was sent, the invoice indicted that I purchased a kit at the higher price! So no paper and no ink. Was told these would arrive separate from the printer by one representative, and was told it should have been in the box by another representative. Wow. Beware!
I always have a good experience when ordering and if something is wrong customer services helps right away. The time it takes for products to be shipped is kind of long but other than that good experiences
So far so good, just need more description on the product especially for beginners, so people know what they are getting, or should I say make it simple as if 3 year old would be able to understand. Rather than that very good service.
You charged my card two weeks before sending anything out. Then shipped it in two different shipments a week apart without any notification. This would be against the law if your company was located in Minnesota.
Product works great. Customer service not to be bothered over the weekend which is just pathetic if you run an online business. Since the shipments can't be sent out together and no heads up makes me never want to shop here again. It would take a great price to make me what to come back. I will not rely on you to do any delivery on time.
I placed my order as a Christmas gift for my daughter on December 19,2018. However, the press was not received until January 17,2019 although my credit card was charged. After two follow ups, I was told my payment method needed to be verified although I had been charged the full amount and had not received communication of verifying the purchase.
Hopefully this incident will aide in training if staff and practices of Heat Press Nation. Customer service is a large part of running successful businesses.
Just started with sublimation a few months ago and it has changed my small business. Now with easysubli it's so much easier! Shipping is fast and if I ever get stuck your videos always help.thank you heat press nation!
Not all attachments were in stock, was not informed about this until after order was shipped. I was told these would be in by end of Jan or first of Feb. Second week of Feb. I contacted company and was told items are not expected until early or mid March. Heat Press Nation should have contacted me prior to shipping partial order and notified me of further delay. This is poor cut service.
Shipping to Canada is very expensive so I wanted to ship to a parcel holding facility at the border. I was notified they do not ship to these locations. This meant i had to find a residential address in the US and drive there myself. I wasn't terribly pleased with this outcome but I did receive my package and the heat press its self is great. Wasn't the best experience as a Canadian buyer though.
I received my printer quickly just in time to create family reunion shirts and bags. Plus I received an awesome sample pack in which I was able to make extra gifts for family and friends Very satisfied

Bad Bad I had to cancel this because it would not have arrived in time. I called to check on my order and HPN was sending the wrong color. After speaking with the rep I discovered HPN doesn't even stock the vinyl I needed and it would have taken even longer to get. The rep was so wishy washy on this and basically not being upfront so even though I've been dealing with HPN for years I will NO longer be using HPN as a vendor
I like the accuracy of the SurePressure gauge. The press got here quickly and undamaged. The platen cover is great to keep things from sliding around. Really happy with our press and we have used it from Day One!
Answer: Heat Press Nation came highly recommended but they have yet to live up to the hype, I am very disappointed with their services. I ordered the Sawgrass SG1000 in May 26,2020 and received my printer on June 11,2020, needless to say I was overjoyed to be receiving my printer but was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and there was no installation kit included. I contacted the company and was told by the Customer Service Representative that they received the printers without the ink and they knew I was eager to receive my printer so they shipped it out the printer without the ink (1st Lie) but I would receive the ink on Saturday June 13,2020 but that was another lie, it never came, I called a few times throughout the week, no one could give me a definite answer or provide a tracking number for my ink, I requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told he would give me a call but to no avail, I was told that the Supervisor is having my ink shipped overnight but still no ink.(another Lie) I contacted the company again today, I was on hold for an hour and eleven minutes only to speak with a representative to be told, my ink was shipped out but I won't receive it until Wednesday June 24,2020. I am outraged, I have missed out on so much business because of this, I will no longer do business with Heat Press Nation because I don't feel I'm being properly compensated for my troubles.
Answer: Received half my order after 7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and have not received the rest of order.
