Somehow this company took over my HSA.
They are taking exorbitant fees from my account and I cannot get answers despite multiple calls.
Their employees are basically unknowledgeable in my opinion.
I could not access my account on line for some weird reason and when I called customer service they informed me that I didn't have an on line ID set up- what? I have been paying my bills on line through their site for many years. They were of no help on the phone and their verification process is antiquated and takes 24-48 hours. I could move millions in and out of an account with my bank in minutes and their puny little HSA account is back in the dark ages. Their customer service is of no help either.
