I ordered the ball cap with wig in strawberry blond curls. Ir's light brown with blond ends... ir's pretty but not red. It looks similar to my expensive rooted wig. I love the concept. I anticipate wearing this for walking, golfing and other outdoor activties. I just recently lost my hair due to chemo, and It's nice to have options when I don't want to wear a wig. I ordered three different types of eyelashes, which all look nice. ( but I haven't tried them yet)
I received my order in good shape - packaged nicely. I ordered a set of bangs, with the headband, and two nice hats that I can wear once my hair falls out to chemo treatments. Very satisfied with the site itself.
My only issue was with FedEx Canada in getting it delivered properly but that is no fault of HeadCovers Unlimited. I would definitely order from here again should I need something.
At first I didn't realize this website's intent, I just needed a hat extender and found it through a google search. As I browsed, I saw more about it, and I ordered a cute newsboy hat. The extender made my new cowboy hat fit great and the one I got from here looks cute on too :)
I am a cancer patient. I ordered a wig and needed it for an event later in the week. I paid for express overnight shipping, and was guaranteed delivery the day before my event. I was at home all day on the promised day, and no delivery. My husband was also home and I have dogs that will bark like crazy if anyone comes on our property. In tears, I tried calling but they were closed. I wrote them an email regarding the non-delivery, and received a reply the next day that basically said it was attempted on the promised day but no one was there to sign and a note was left on the door. I did not receive a note on my door! I was not home on subsequent attempts at delivery because of doctors appointments and other commitments. The wig was returned to the shipper because of this. That was fine with me because I no longer needed it for my event.
I contacted Headcovers to get my refund back on the wig and the shipping because it was not delivered on time. They basically said that it wasn't their fault and I had to contact FedEx to get a refund. I contacted FedEx and they said that they couldn't refund anything to me but could refund Headcovers and they could refund it to me. I questioned FedEx about the first attempt that Headcovers said was done, and they couldn't explain why a note was not left on the door either. On the phone, FedEx said that maybe it was attempted at the wrong address, but they still wouldn't help. So now I am out the shipping cost, and also Headcovers is charging their restocking fee despite that I never received it and it never left the box. They were completely unsympathetic and difficult. I would never recommend them or FedEx for that matter.!
I received their hair topper yesterday. Took out of box SHINY! Does not look real.
Never even put on my head, now I am sending it back and they are charging me a 20% restocking fee. Most unprofessional company I have ever ordered from!

I ordered scarves that are beautiful and real human hair bangs for my sister who has cancer. The bangs are beautiful and made a huge difference in my sister's mood when she lost her hair. I will order again.
Only one fit but I love it. I sent the others back yesterday and ordered 2 more which came yesterday. Since I now know the brand I will feel more confident if I decide I need another one.

I decided to host a scarf party for my daughter who is going through chemo. Gift registry was convenient, and easily navigated. Very user friendly website. Love all of the goods I purchased for her.
When my wife tells me that I look even more handsome wearing my new sun hat than the young guy on the web page you know the product is great!:-) I took the time to measure my bean so I ordered the right size and guess what? The hat fit perfectly. Time will tell how it will hold up but it's perfect for what I need... a good looking sun hat that keeps my neck and face from being burned to a crisp by the sun while stylish enough that people won't think I'm a dork.

I ordered a snood for my mother who is going through chemotherapy. It has been a very hot summer, and she is sensitive to heat making it difficulty at times to wear her wig. She said that her light-weight snood from HeadCoversUnlimited keeps her cool while looking good.
My doctor has told me that my chemotherapy treatment will cause me to loose my hair in about 4 weeks. Wigs are not for me, so I wanted to find a cute scarf, and just roll with it. Headcovers.com was in my cancer book at the start of all this, so went to the website. GREAT selection, good descriptions, so I ordered a scarf wardrobe. I love everything I received, and will order more!
