After losing my hair due to chemotherapy. I purchased a few hats, beanies and scarves to cover my now sensitive head. I am impressed with the quality, selections and colors. I don't usually wear hats not even in the winter. These were so comfortable I even wear them to sleep. So glad I purchased from headcovers.com.
My aunt received it promptly, wanted her to have it before Christmas, it was just her style & was thrilled

The website said I could have it next week on Tuesday or this week on Thursday. The difference cost about five dollars, so I paid the extra and made plans to wear it on the weekend. When I receive ZERO NEWS about any effort to ship it, I called and was assured twice, by a a person who was also reading the stated policy, that I would have it thursday. Finally, I demanded a tracking number and discovered it was not coming by fed ex ground, but rather ups ground. It was coming from the west coast. I pointed out the physical impossibility of four day delivery by road and asked for a refund of my five dollars. I got the wig on the next week Tuesday night. They kept their precious five bucks. I do like the wig, but wont be ordering from them again.
My discovery of HeadCovers was a deliverance from the bare face left me by chemo. The brows were the area I felt was most obvious, and everything I tried until Headcovers looked fake. But the quality of their real human hair brows is tops, and they even look better than my real brows, to the extent I can still remember them. Ive been a repeat customer many times. They recently started carrying light brown in my favorite style, but all the actual human hair brow shapes they have are superb. The accoutrements to the brows, the brow adhesive, remover, and other brow products, like stencils, tattoos, and indelible pencils have unassailable quality. They respond rapidly to questions and requests for service. They typically are able to ship the next day, as I usually buy during the evening. Their primary attribute is product quality. The earring sets I recently received are just superb.

I ordered 3 hats. Felt is adorable. Cotton cloche is cute but the rim support shows through on the biege some. I still got lots of compliments on it and will order in another color soon. The summer one I bought on sale is a bit tight, my fault, it says petite. The order arrived ahead of schedule. Otherwise I was very pleased with my order and will order again!
I received my knit hat, I was disappointed, both the hat and the shipping is highly overpriced, I saw the exaxt same hat in a local shop and it was much cheaper, had I know this was the exact hat, I would have never paid what Head Covers charges for the hat.
I have ordered scarves, sleep caps, and a wonderfully warm winter cap and love them all. I would love to try some of the hats for sale; however, i am reluctant to order online if i am not sure how it would look. Otherwise i love your company.
Bought for my mother-in-law, who is battling cancer. The caps were very pretty and gave her some comfort and confidence. She was touched by the little extra care in the packaging.
Product is a gift for Christmas so can not anticipate the reaction. My inspection of the items confirm they are high quality and appear as described in the ad. At this point, I am totally satisfied with my purchase from placing the ad to receiving the items in very reasonable time.
It is exactly what I was expecting. I am overall pleased with the head cover and will enjoy wearing it in cooler weather. Fit perfectly and covered my head as needed.
I love that my Headcovers came so quick in the mail. The colors that I selected really go great with anything I wear. I love to dress relaxed and in the winter keep my bald head covered. The material really feels good against my skin and doesn't cause my head to sweat. Overall just a great product and a great company that really cares about the quality.
