Haymarket subscription delivery sucks

My brother, for the past three years, has given me a subscription to Classic & Sports Car. He lives in Montreal, I live in North Carolina. His magazine arrives usually a few weeks before the publication date. Mine arrives usually six weeks after the publication date. I just received the January issue on the 8th of February. It's always the same. I email. I get apologies from Haymarket in England, and nothing changes. They advertise for upcoming events, which have happened by the time I get the magazine. I truly believe the distributor sends unsold magazines to subscribers. Why do Canadians get theirs on time, and Americans get theirs over a month late EVERY time. It's a great magazine, but delivery SUCKS. They should be embarrassed.
