Ok cool, Traded my LV for another and I am very happy with the transaction. My trade partner Kelly, was honest and very sweet and she shipped the item nicely and in the condition as stated. We both used premium protection so our bags were authenticated before arriving to us both. I appreciate this extra feature. I was annoyed to pay the extra money, but it was worth it considering that I did not take a risk of possible trade scam, like on Posh. I recommend HauteTrader.com and I think that they have great potential.

I used Haute Trader, because I wanted to sell these YSL classic tribute sandals in black patent leather. They were like new since I've only worn them twice. I was dying to have them, but I realized the platform didn't work for me. After reading how Haute Trader works I decided to trade item for item instead. The trade swap allows you to trade an item you have for an item that's listed on the site. I was able to trade my YSL shoes for a Céline bag that I actually really needed. The bag is a great look for my new office job. I was amazed by the fact that I was able to get rid of something I didn't use for something that I needed. I did it all without spending any money. That was the best part of all.

On multiple occasions, I have had traders make trades with me that hurt their own point and trade balance to make bizarre trades that make no sense. I have also been spoken to by a customer service rep named "Arianna" (not her real name) in very unprofessional ways, one time asking me "what I've got to complain about because I'm just getting 'stuff for free' on their site..." I ABSOLUTELY believe due to the amount of trades that only work to deplete the points balance of the traders, that they themselves are running the majority of the profiles, and a lawsuit with minimal IT investigation would absolutely uncover this to be the truth.

I have been a member of HauteTrader since their beta launch last year. I have seen tons of growth on the platform. The team behind the company is very responsive and all of my customer service requests were answered in a timely manner. I have made two trades using items for items, and I have made two trades using the Haute-Points for items. I love the idea of the site.

I earned my Haute-Points simply for completing my other trades. So outside of the trade-fee (which included shipping and handling) I received two designer dresses for free.

My only complaint is that I missed my first delivery because the site requires that you sign for all package deliveries. This was a nuisance because I did not want to go the post office to pick up my delivery after work... BUT it is a good nuisance because if my item had been left on my doorstep there is a possibility that it would have been stolen.
So all in all, I am very happy with my HauteTrader experiences and I highly recommend this website.
