USPS lost my blades, I sent an email to Harry's and got a new one in a couple of days. Overall I am very happy with the service I got, and of course the blades are also great.
I love using my razor. I have a skin problem which was exacerbated by using an electric razor which left my skin feeling raw and sore. I am glad to say that particular problem went away when I started using Harry's. The after shave helps as well and is subtle and pleasing.
I initially signed up to cut the cost and embarrassment of explaining to my wife why the bill at CVS was so high when I bought razor refills. It tells you something when they lock the cabinet, and you need to get a clerk.
After a year or so of getting the shipment by mail, I realized how convenient it really was when I ran a bit short. I upped my order frequency slightly and now there is no stress at all.
The service and product are great. Prices are okay. Staff are friendly and easy to deal with. It's nice never having to go and pick up product from the store and trying to remember which blades you need.
I highly value these blades and the convenience provided by Harry's. I have been shaving with Harry_s for two years and have never nicked my face despite their sharpness and durability. Love the blades and service.

Provides excellent shave, long lasting blades - 7 shaved or so. Won't return to the old way of managing this part of my personal business. Products always arrive quickly, on time.
I have been using Harry's shavers for nearly two years and find them to be superior to other competing brands, including Gillette's Triple blade models. I also appreciate the scheduling of blade shipments - and the ability to modify the timing of shipments - when desired.
I switched from Dollar Club a few months ago and have not regretted the change. The blades are great.
Really hoping Harry's views beards as a "friendly" progression of whisker growth and not the enemy to be removed! Would love to see the addition of beard grooming products but for now, the razors offer THE BEST I've used for "seeing what I'm trimming". Thanks

Harry's provides a great product that provides a great shave without the huge price tag. I would recommend icing them a try. Products always arrive on time and ordering is made easy... well done!
Harry's is the right mixture of great products and a great sense of humour. I do find the blades to be of utmost quality and durability. I just like the convenience of my product coming to me like a prescription to a magazine, there is amply time to adjust an order before it gets sent out.
I find that I always have a few bladed left at the end of my cycle, but they last so long I hate to toss them out before their time.
These blades are superior to anything on market... usually get one week per blade... reorder automatically every 8 weeks... great longterm value. My GF loves them too for her Legs. Time to sell some "Harriet's" with pink handles!

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
