I have very sensitive skin and had nearly given up on blades due to folliculitis. I have tried over 15 top-rated blades, but I am sure I could pick out Harry's blades in a blind shaving test. The German engineered blades cut smooth and clean with very little pressure required. The result? A smooth face with no cuts or abrasions. Harry's shaving foam and cream are as good as any I've tried and their aftershave lotions are soothing to the skin with three subtle frangrances that don't overwhelm the cologne I am wearing.
Harry's razors and blades are easily comparable to most anything else on the market and cost considerably less. The delivery of replacement blades has been prompt and much appreciated. The design of the handle and replacement heads is simple and effective without being over-designed for the sake of being different -- that said, while simple and effective they are still very attractive to the eye and a pleasure to use.
I tried Harry's razors a few years ago and I feel they are a better product than the ones I was buying at the local store. They give me a closer smoother shave and less pull. I was receiving too many razors for how fast I use them and it was very easy to adjust the frequency that they send them to me. No hassles, no sales, just made the change. I haven't tried their other products yet and just ordered their shave cream today. If the cream works like the rest of the company I know I will like it! It is worth trying their blades. I think you will like them.
I have been a Harry's customer for over a year and love their razors and particularly the blades. I recently decided to give their hair products a try and ordered their Texturizing Putty for my son. He absolutely loves it and I just had to order the next batch. Harry's do obviously not only know how to do fantastic blades but also cool hair products. Another thumbs up!
The blades give a good shave. It is nice to always have new blades and the price is cheaper than retail. It is nice that Harry's sends out a notice before shipping so that you can extend if you need too.
I love the fact that the price of your razors are so much more affordable than store bought but the quality is just as good if not better than the store brands. I will never go back to store bought razors.
I went to harry's a couple years ago after using expensive store bought razors and have had nothing but great experiences. No more using $20 razorblades until they are too dull to shave with. You can customize your subscription to receive as many blades as you like, as often as you like. The customer service is great as well. Highly recommended
I am most impressed with the quality of the products and the levels of service that I receive Harry's. I have changed delivery dates on two occasions and both times I received the products when I requested them.
The razors and shaving gels work very well and have an excellent shelf life.
I am getting excellent value for my money
Love the convenience of having my razors delivered to my doorstep exactly when I like them to be scheduled. I can go online and change the time frame of delivery and change of add to my order with ease. I also love the price. Much cheaper than buying other brands at the store. Definitely recommend.
The blades are amazing. The razor options are awesome. One for travel and one for home use. The subscription service is the best. The blades show up about a week before I need them which is how I schedule it. I get a reminder that it is coming in case I want to push off because I shaved less frequently. Great product and great service.
I like Harrys because it is also offered at our local Target. Meaning I can try the shaving cream, face wash, body wash, etc. before I decide to include it with my order. This, and the quality of the product, is why I chose Harrys over their competitors.
I do like the razor. It feels good in the hand and shaves well.
But as for the price, with the exchange rate back to Canadian funds I find it just as expensive as a regular razor. So I don't really find this a win...
We went from Venus and Gillette razors to Dollar shave club and then to Harry's. Harry's is hands down the absolute best of all razors we have tried and super affordable. My husband and I both use them and we have no complaints at all.
Love the blades! And now the body wash, bar soap and shave cream! I been using Harry's blades now for over 4 years. Love them.
I have even converted family members and friends to Harry's products!
Keep up the good work and continue to improve!
Harry's provides good cheap razors.
Interestingly, they provide them as a subscription service.
They do allow you to adjust how often you receive them (and they warn you when the next supply is coming).
All in all, good quality razors at a good price with good service.
When i wanted to send the spray aftershave back and order the balm instead, you gave me credit for the spray and said "keep it" and sent a balm a no cost.
PS, i gave the spray to my son in law. He loves it. You may have a new customer.
Harry's makes some great quality razors. I got one of their intro shave kits as a present, and was skeptical but I have to say the razor itself has lasted longer and provides a better shave (closer, less likely to result in cuts/nicks) than my mock3 or whatever the Shick equivalent is. I haven't subscribed to one of their plans, but after this razor wears out I think I will.
Hope you've gotten yourself on a subscription by now!
I have used several different disposable razors over many years. I always had problems with them. Every brand I used I would get cut at least once or twice a month because the quality control was poor or the blades would not be sharp and I would throw them away sometimes after the first shave. Harry's blades are sharp every time! I have not cut myself even once since I started using Harry's. I did have a problem with the first Harry's blade I used. I was used to pushing hard against my face to get a closer shave with the old blades. With Harry's I got razor burn the first time because I was pushing to hard. I am very happy with Harry's blades!
I have been seeing the ad for harry's shavers and thought that the prices seemed very reasonable compared to the brand I was using. When I got to use the product, I thought it didn't to feel right when I shaved, I thought it was too wide and not too flexible. Then I got my second shipment of 8 cartridges and realized that I am actually paying much more after currency conversion and taxes. I have cancelled my plan and I am going back to my fusion brand.
We totally understand Nelson. We wish that it was easier to keep the prices down for our customers up north. The good news is, we hear you and we're working on solutions as we speak. Have a great rest of your week!
Saw Harry's at Target and my wife asked me why I didn't just purchase my blades there. My response was that I didn't have to go to the store and the fact that my blades are shipped to me without shipping charges makes it so much easier. Love the blades and it is so easy one less thing to do.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!

Answer: If I remember correctly, I simply clicked on a button in the ad, and then provided the mailing info they asked for. It was that simple.

So glad you are enjoying the shave, Robert! We’re working really hard to make things better for our customers up north! Exchange rates can make some purchases very difficult for our Canadian customers. We haven't quite yet found the right answer to this issue but we continue to keep it top of mind. Thanks so much for your patience and support.
