Due to the nature of my job I have to shave almost daily. Over the years I've tried Gillette, Wilkinson Sword, but none of them have given me as close a shave as Harrys. Very impressed and the price is great as well.
My Uncle suggested Harry's to me several years ago telling me it's a great product and service at a very reasonable price. I have found this to be true. I love the scheduled delivery and auto payment and have really enjoyed the "mystery gift." I highly recommend Harry's.
The blades are wonderful but the customer service in many cases is unparalled. I am changing locations throughout the year and whenever a new order is sent to the wrong location they apologize and immediately send to my present location. I've never had to wait and their disposition is hard to find these days. Its such a pleasure to do business with these folks.
Last year my wife purchased her own Harry's shaver after I told her how convenient and inexpensive the products were compared to what we used to buy in the stores. Now we divide the blades beween us that we receive from our automatic shipments. Much more convenient than buying more expensive blades in the stores. Very happy with this product and Harry's customer service!
What I like is the ability to request more or less products when I feel the need, normally I have a set amount that is sent to me each month... but at times, I need a bit more of a certain product and it's an easy order process.
Great products & great service! I recommend to all my family and friends! I really like the online service and delivery and that I can change the scheduled delivery date depending upon my usage and needs.
I ordered the new Winston Graphite and some spare blades. At first I was sent the wrong razor but the people at Harry's were so awesome and sent me the right item free of charge. I also love the look and feel of the Winston Graphite- it was a better shave compared to disposables you get at the store. Would recommend their products!
All of the products that I have purchased have been simply spectacular. I even purchased a package for my father and he loves them too. The razor blades last longer than any other blades that I have used in the past. The shipping of the products is great as well. My last purchase even arrived four days before the projected arrival date. AMAZING
It was getting so outrageously expensive to buy shaving blades. Harry's makes it so easy and affordable now. I really appreciate how easy it is to adjust when/how many blades that make up my auto order, too!
I have been buying razors and some other products from Harry's for three years! Never been disappointed I made the switch from the high priced "name" brands. Harry's delivers consistent quality and makes it easy to reorder
I like Harry's. Super affordable and great design. Blades stay sharp for a long time. Only have a 4-star because as far as comfort and blade longevity, Gillette still leads the industry. I'm not sure why harry's doesn't feel as comfortable shaving compared to Gillette. Maybe it's the decades of refinement and fine-tuning blade angles, but Gillette is on top in my opinion. If it's just about value and convenience, Harry's takes the gold... hands down.
The picture is of the newest handle I received in my $5 mystery box I bought. I wasn't impressed with the quality. Seems to be going downhill or I got a bad handle. The blade head snaps on but not securely to the handle and that bit of wiggle is enough to reduce the efficiency of the shave. I still have one of the original Truman handles (navy blue smooth plastic with no rubber grip) and that handle holds the blades securely with no wiggle. Rubberized handles are nice when shaving in the shower, but I still use my old blue handle.
Best shave ever. Fast & convenient and very high quality. The big boys can scream all they want but they made the big money and now lost their customers to Harry's that gave better prices and a much better shave.
I started using Harry's razors about a year ago to replace other expensive brands. Not only was it the right decision, my son is using Harry's products now as well. Love the razors and other facial products made by Harry's.
Great blades for an outstanding price. Easy to do business with due to great customer communication. If you need to adjust your order, in any way, doing so is simple. This is a very customer focused business.
I initially received my package with the blades missing during transport. I contacted customer service and made them aware of the issue, and they turned around and shipped a replacement promptly. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Both I and my wife really like the bath soaps, they last forever and lather like crazy. I just got the shampoo/rinse and love it,, takes very little to do the job,,,, Problem,, my wife used it, now I can't keep track of it every morning.:~) Keep up the good work.

Great shaves, prices and service. What else is there? The razor quality is excellent, and the cream for shaving is comfortable to use. Being able to order online and get your delivery in a couple of days is very convenient.
I Have appreciated getting a quality product, at a reasonable price delivered right to my door. The man in my family like the scented products I have received and I love the razors, even though they are marketed for men:-))

Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
