I decided to come back to Harry's because I get excellent results from their blades without spending a small fortune. My initial order was sent to an old address and when I called customer service, a friendly voice named Katie helped me and corrected the situation immediately and shipped out a new order that day.
There are so many choices today so for me, customer service is a key deciding factor on where I spend my money. This one transaction has made me a Harry's customer for life!

Its very difficult to find men's products with fragrances that are nuanced and not overpowering. Harry's does this. My only critique is that it takes longer than it should to get the products shipped after ordering. You have mastered product, now focus on mastering the delivery. But don't get me wrong, I love the products.
I've bee a customer of Harry's for several years. The products they sell are all first rate. Also, and in today's market this is rare, their customer service is excellent. Either on line or on the phone, their response is quick, efficient friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
My husband has been using Harry's razors for over a year now. Close, smooth shaving is so much better with a Harry's razor. His face has never felt better. He even likes the razors comfortable handle. I like the convivence of razors coming to our mailbox, in the right amount of blades, to suit the time span chosen, without having to personally place an order each time blades are needed. If there are any issues Harry's will make things right.
It's a great company and very prompt! The product is equally as great! I would recommend this company's products to anyone looking for a good razor and shaving cream. One razor blade last me a long time!
I started using Harry's about a year ago and it continues to give me the best shaves I've ever had (except by a professional barber). I highly recommend it to everyone and its great that you don't have to worry about running out of new blades since they are delivered. If you get too many, you can change your order to space it out over more months.
Love the presentation, love the shave cream (both smell and consistency).
Razors however leave much to be desired. The plastic around the blades is too bulky and as such I can't get above my lip all the way up to the bottom of my nose without contorting things considerably. I also often miss hairs in other hard to reach areas for the same reason (Don't experience this with other brand blades).
Also the blades themselves feel like nails on a chalkboard to my face. They may cut smooth and it comes with the territory (I see no difference in finished shave) but I find I'm often times shaving skin off instead of hair, especially around the Adams apple and other harder to shave areas. I also cut my face 1-2 spots at least every shave. FAR more often than any other shave method I've tried.
I really want to love this product for both presentation and price but I just can't continue to shave layers of my face off every time the razor is in my hand. I want to enjoy shaving not dread it.
We've been Harry's customers for a few years. My son, husband and brother are on the automatic razor plan which is great because it's affordable.
Harry's always sends a reminder when they are shipping and ask if you wish to add anything to your order.

As a bald headed man I have a lot of surface area to shave. The blades are high quality and arrive "just in time" so I don't run out. Harry's has made a loyal customer of me, and I enjoy not being "taken" by the other company, after all these years!
As a rather long time user, I can say, if you want a really good shave, or soap, or face wash, Harry's is the place to shop. You won't go broke and you will get your money's worth, all the time. They ship on time more often than not, there is no charge. I am happy to write this little review.
Harry's razors and shave gel are worth their weight in gold. They are like nothing else on the market. Super sharp and they stay that way for a while before you need to switch out the blade. As an added bonus we now save over $120 a year just on razors!
Even with the exchange these blades and the handle work out less expensive than the ones from the drug store. Honestly, you need to take out a mortgage to buy them. Oh, another thing, we only waited about 4 days and they were here, in Irvine Alberta, the middle of nowhere,. Pretty good quality for the price and they do a great job... janet
I've been using the blades, shaving cream and other products for 2 plus years and have never, not one time, had an issue with my order or with the quality of the products. Unlike many online services, you receive timely notices that your order is preparing to ship which allows ample time to make changes if you need to increase, decrease or add to your order. The log in process is simple, changes can be made in less than 30 seconds and your all done. The shipments arrive on time and in perfect condition. Could not be happier and most importantly I save considerable dollars versus buying in the store and never worry about not having what I need when I need it.
Harry's razor blades last forever! Fantastic product, far superior to other shave clubs and products bought at the store and it sure beats the price of the name brands but has equal or superior quality. Value for the money is what Im saying!
Everything's great. Only thing I'd like to see changed is the razor pops off too easily if I drop it in the sink. Other than that it's a great deal. So much better than buying those expensive refill blades like I was doing
My wife, daughter and I have been using Harry's razors for several years now and we all love how well the product works. Getting blades is as simple for us as ordering on the iPhone app. I order enough for everyone and simply pass them around to whoever needs to replenish their stock. Since Harry's has just released a line for women, Flamingo, my wife is going to try that out too.

Like most folks, I've tried several razor brands before Harry's. Every time, whether it was price, quality, or something else, I never liked them. Harry's was the first razor brand I've bought regularly, simply because they work amazingly well for an affordable price.
I've been using Harry's razors for just over a year now and absolutely love it! I have also gotten my brother and dad on board with them as well, by getting them trial sets for Christmas next year. Excellent quality, service, and company.
About the worst blade i ever tired. Amazed that people say they are great. Thin, poorly made and rough shave. OK my Gillette blades are far more expensive, but they glide on my face and cut well. You get what you pay for.
We're sorry to hear about your initial experience with our Blades. We’ve had some guys share similar feelings at first, only to tell us later that their shave drastically improved as they stuck with it. Sometimes it just takes a little time to adjust to the differences in a new system: it often really helps to experiment with the angle at which you're holding the blade and the amount of pressure you're using (too much or too little). With that in mind, we'd love for you to give us another 4 to 5 shaves.
I tried all brands/types of razors on the market for years. They all irritated my skin until Harry's. Their blades offer the best shave I've ever had, without the irritation. I've also come to enjoy the shaving gel over other brands as well. The blades are also priced reasonably, unlike other brands, and they even last longer, saving you more. Their customer service is also very helpful should you have any questions.
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.

Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
