So far, very, very good... but I haven't installed the product yet. It will replace the same model pump which I let freeze & crack last winter during an early cold snap [and stupid attack]. Your website is very user friendly unlike the big two. The electric timer I bought doesn't run continously like I thought, it has to be set every day. Still looking for one that runs on its own that fits in a wall switch box.

10/14/2019 update: Customer service at hardwareworld.com took care of us and replaced some questionable 5/8" x 8" bolt hinges. We were able to finish the project on time. This is a respectable company with real people you can contact to straighten out any problems. We recommend hardwareworld.com and rate their service 5 stars. Their products are competitively priced.

Good tracking with Fed Ex ground delivery. Good communication and follow up. Product construction is a bit flimsy (plastic used is not sturdy enough). Product works fine but on the slightly expensive side. Hardwareworld has comparatively low price.

User friendly sales app, good pricing, packing (on quantity three gallons) of linseed oil was less than perfect, no cushioning on bottom of cans in cardboard box left them all dented when arrived. Needed better, safer packing on heavy items, no leaks so am able to use them. Will buy again from hardwareworld.com
