Awesome site and easy to use, thanks for all the help... Order was messed up so prolong job which is a bother when you are trying to beat the weather, but customer service fixed it and got me the rest of the order 4 days later... That kind of customer service is awesome... I will always use this company for my products, sometimes mistakes happen...

I love this product. I gave one away when I moved from MD to sc, thinking I would not need it. However, the landscape company doesn't really pull weeds as promised and the soil here is mostly water and clay. I am so glad I have this. Makes things much easier.

Everything was positive. I am a one-time customer thus far though, and have only ordered hose couplings, so it's far too early to draw many conclusions. I won't hesitate to order from Hardware World again, though.

I was very happy to find the products i ordered. Locally no one carries these items. One comment... your shipping weights are way off... It would be great to have More Shipping Choices, such as Faster...

Painless! Wonderful availability and prompt shipping with good packaging. I ordered a large quantity of small garden trowels for a tree dedication ceremony. It's impossible to find this quantity in a store, but it's not enough to order directly from a manufacturer. Hardware World to the rescue! I will remain a satisfied repeat customer.

It is nice to find a place that has quality hardware like National Hardware. Many places have a few items but not the full line that an owner or contractor needs to do a complete job without mixing and matching.

They had what I needed and the service was great, tied to my PayPal Account.What I noticed after it looks like it was in Stock awhile rust if you k ow where to look and chrome already peeling off. Jim

A little disappointed on the shipment of my second order (same product). It came with no box (first order did) even though no damage on delivery, I liked the higher shipping standard.

A little hard to navigate site - also, when I paid with Paypal, I got an error the first time and when I returned there were five items in my cart instead of the two I had placed there. Not sure how that happened. But very easy to remove. The actual transaction and delivery went just fine. Happy with the purchase and dealing with hardware.com

I can't believe the difference in prices between Hardware World and the stores around where I live. I paid less than 1/2 price for the exact same merchandise. The best part was how fast I received the products, I placed my order on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. I would recommend them to anyone!

Shipping seems a little high for such a lightweight and smallish item.
Addendum 25 Feb 2017: The item was received undamaged by shipping but had rough painting done by the manufacturer (Unpainted spots on the side). I can fix it with black lacquer paint but that is not the point...

Product was great. Exactly what I needed to finish my project. Did not like paying more for rush shipping then the actual product cost but that's how it goes sometimes when you need it in a hurry. Otherwise it was great and I will probably make another purchase when I'm not in a rush (LoL). Your prices are reasonable for items I cant get here around town and that's a key factor when I need something.

The device does not fit into the gutter as expected. It may not work for me even though I have normal/standard gutters. That's very disappointing. Very happy with Hardware World website and delivery. Unhappy with the product. It's a clever invention, but a little too big to drop into gutter via a pole.

Nice selection of supplies and good prices. Just be careful as I received products that were not like the pictures representing the item. Not worth paying the return shipping though and they still will work.

I was disappointed by not being told that i needed to order another part to operate this heater/fan/exhaust unit by the sales department other wise it should have shipped quicker for the $** shipping charges.
