The website on Saturday 11/7/2015 was soooo slow. I don't know why. Other websites worked well but it made for a very frustrating experience. All is good now, perhaps downtime. When it worked, it worked well.

Of the item (2 actually) that I ordered, in the picture there were four, and in the description both singular and plural were used. If it weren't for the fact that 11/32" of anything other than drill rod isn't easily available, then I would not have ordered with you.

You always keep asking me this same question about Hardware & Tools and I keep giving you the same answer every time. Hardware & Tools is 5 Stars as always, however, the fact that you leave a Major Dumbo in charge of follow up surveys has become quite annoying and, as a result, I have decided that this will be my last follow up survey I will answer that is conducted by a robot, cuz, in the event I do have a problem with Hardware & Tools, I just call them and they handle it with all their 5 Star C/S Reps.
